Old Anakin Skywalker and jedi Dooku are real (from a certain point of view). Young Jedi Dooku is actually Christopher Lee, and Old Anakin is the man who appeared as a force ghost in the Episode 6 original release version (that is how Anakin would look like as a normal person).
