- A brief description on the care of my favorite Avicularia, the Antilles Pinktoe Avicularia versicolor. I had to upload it again as the video was messed up the first time, I apologize and hope you get to see it fixed:)

What does it mean if the Versicolor doesn’t feed and the web feet is weak ?
soo they are arborials so do i put rock on one another or a tree trunk in the terrarium
As long as there is no chance they could fall over and crush the spider.

I got bit by a feather leg baboon that resulted in hospitalization and residual pain, severe muscle cramps and various other symptoms for a month after the bite. I never wanna be bitten again. I've been keeping tarantulas for 31 years and that was my first ever bite.
Can i use a 5.5 quart for a sling/adult versicolor?
I've heard you can keep more than one in an enclosure... is that true?

Love your channel! You mentioned that C. Versicolor was the only T to bite you. Mine just bit me this morning (my first bite!) She wasn't trying to bite me, but she used her fangs to hoist herself up onto my hand. It was a dry bite, not too bad, but there was blood! I wonder if arboreal T's are more inclined to do this while climbing.
so you soak the full substrate weekly? I will make lots of holes on the container I keep them but with the sling care, how do I provide them water? they drink it from substrate?
They will get most of their hydration from the food they eat, but spraying the sides of their container and their web will allow them to drink from there. Don't soak the substrate, just soak a portion of it.

where would a person get a baby one?
Jeanne ive seen one baby at my local pet shop but youre probably better off getting one from a reputable breeder online.

Sorry for all the questions Marita but do you have a T blondi if so could you please do a video. I have been after one for ages but they are sooo hard to come by in the UK. I have 4 female and 2 male T stirmi's and everyone says they are quite similar. If you could do a video I would be very greatful. Thanks hun

I want to use lucky bamboo for my Avicularia Versicolor. The only idea I have to keep the root system healthy is to basically have a fishbowl at the bottom with gravel, a fish, and a small moss ball. Is that a good idea or a bad idea??
