how does this compare to shilajit, also I'm pretty sure you can have an imbalance of minerals if you take too much
just bought some and I noticed a difference within the first 20mins

Does this one contain arsenic? Read up on trace minerals containing arsenic and wanted to knowing if this one had it.
Melo Last Yes, our liquid light contains organic arsenic in very trace amounts. Despite its notoriety as a poison, scientists have deemed arsenic as an essential trace element for humans, although the necessary intake is very low. The amount of arsenic in Sunwarrior Liquid Light is less than 0.01 mg per serving. You actually get more from eating an apple or a piece of fish.
Even putting it in little amounts is beyond me. I'm also assuming it has Mercury too? I looked up the ingredients and there is no mention of arsenic or mercury, but you seem to say, yeah, there is.
Liquid Light comes from mineralized plant deposits that were laid down well before modern pollution existed. There are naturally trace amounts of some less beneficial minerals which also incudes mercury, but these are in their safer organic forms and in amounts far below EU, FDA, or any other established guidelines for safety. There are 72 trace minerals and elements in all, but some are in such minute amounts that we don't include them on the label.

You definitely can get a rash and/or acne from having too much zinc in your diet. I don’t really know why he said that you can’t have too much of this product, because you definitely can get out of wack having too high of a concentration of these trace minerals.
