I have some reservations for the concentrace as the source they mention is the Great Lake of Utah which is notorious for being heavily polluted by all the factories around it. I wonder how they work around this or if they don't need to at all.

I am not in a position to comment as I do not know the science behind the refinery. I'd like to think it is pollutant free.

Actually it’s the Great Salt Lake. Their trace mineral drops are harvested from a portion of the lake which has been dammed off.
