Do u think the 40,000 volts will help lower high blood pressure?
I bought the ConcenTrace minerals originally and liked them a lot. Recently I accidentally ordered the 40,000 volts from Amazon when I saw it was less expensive and wondered if people take both or if they choose one over the other and what the difference is between them? I haven't gotten around to analyzing labels yet.
Its half the servings. If you compare on Amazon you will see the differences in mineral ammounts

This is an awesome video Billy! Thanks so much for talking about the importance of mineral supplementation. This is such an important topic for the sports nutrition industry. You are so right that minerals are often overlooked as a necessary supplement for health and to get those gains! Especially electrolytes! If you never want to have muscle cramps get in the way of your exercise or athletic performance, we have some excellent products you'll want to add to your daily routine.

If i have a certain vitamin deficiency would it be safe to add the extra vitamin or would this product balance it out without the additional extra amount of whatever vitamin

It’s hard to say exactly but most vitamins are water soluble, so even if you take more than usual, it tends to be okay for your system. However you don’t want to just take a ton of vitamins that will be wasted. If you can get some blood work done to see your exact deficiencies, that will help nail down what specific vitamins you need to supplement and avoid throwing good money after bad looking trying to overcome deficiencies.
Can I use this for a water fast
Not considering any religious implications of the fast, yes this would be fine. Minerals won’t do anything to spike your insulin or cause any metabolic response that would upset your fast. Great question!

I wonder how this would do for me. 56yo 10yrs out for gastric bypass, mineral deficient. Wanting to find the energy to get back in shape again.
It would definitely help! Not going to lie the taste is pretty tough so I would potentially try out the liquid multi-vitamin and mineral first. That one at least is doable and will help with deficiencies all around
I also get Trace Mineral Drops, and have been trying to look for the difference between 40,000 Volts and Trace Mineral Drops.

You honestly can’t go wrong with either. Trace Minerals is a high science company that doesn’t focus a ton on marketing. I would grab a bottle of each and see if you notice a difference but either is great!
Would this be bad for someone with high iron?
This should be fine with someone with high iron as there’s no iron added in 40,000 volts
is it safe to use a teaspoon of 40,000 volts electrolyte concentrate everyday? is boron safe? and what amount of fluid should you use for a teaspoon of this? 16 oz?
B M It’s definitely safe to take daily, normal amount of water should suffice. Any athlete should be consuming 3/4 gallon to 1 gallon a day during hard training as a solid rule of thumb. Also, the boron in there is safe, yes

I’m currently taking seamoss. Should I stop once I get my trace minerals? Because it has 92 minerals in it. Or do I just use a couple of drops.
The chances you really overdo it on minerals is low. You can definitely do both just maybe do the sea moss in the morning and the trace minerals at night.
What’s the main difference between the 40k volts and regular concentrace drops? Only the concetrace drops are available in my country.
Basically there’s a ton more sodium and potassium in 40,000 volts which is why it’s geared more towards hard training athletes as opposed to general population mineral needs.

joTHOman 1hun depending on what you’re looking for, yes absolutely. Most notably you’d notice better energy levels in the beginning. You won’t drastically change but should simply operate better.

Can I add calcium carbonate with trace minerals?
That should be fine, a decent amount of trace minerals products have calcium already but if it’s absent, there’s no reason not to add it into your regimen if you already have it. The trace minerals should even help the absorption of the calcium!
Calcium carbonate is garbage, any other form of calcium would be better. Calcium carbonate is basically chalk board chalk.
That’s what I have. I’ve never taken the multi one tho.

Room temperature is fine! But I typically keep them in the fridge as a personal preference

idk if they have it but the same brand has regular trace mineral drops. Can be found at Walmart online or Amazon.

Why if we know that farmers deplete these minerals, they should be putting this back for mankind.
Unfortunately most large scale agriculture practices are not trying to plan for our future generations (or even current generations). As consumers become more knowledgeable and demand better practices, things could change. But essentially the answer to your question is, corporate responsibly is sadly absent in many industries, agriculture and food production being no different

The 'information' in this video is not correct. You are being sold a load of crap by companies that sell all kinds of things. Take a look at what a carrot used to look like many years ago... if was much smaller than they are today. And I'm not taling about GMO vegetables. If you compare today's vegetables in the supermarket today to those of long ago, you will see a MUCH HEALTHIER vegetable. It's bigger, stronger and easier to grow, deeper in color, and has just as many nutrients than it did long ago. So don't be hoodwinked into buying something. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!
