If you soak your nuts 12 hours and then re-dry, they taste great and the phytates have been greatly reduced.

BE CAREFUL of too much phytic acid! To help REDUCE the phytic acid either SOAK your nuts overnight or longer to SPROUT them or in the case of almonds you can soak and remove the shells. It will help!

@David Don We have found sprouting works using any temp of water. We have used all 3 and they all work. This soaking also works with grains and legumes to reduce phytic acid and spout the grains. Makes it easier to digest.

@@polentusmax6100 No they don’t taste bad. You can re dry them out after soaking/sprouting them or you can take the shells off and have blanched almonds, for example. You can also make homemade nut milk with pre soaked nuts. We actually have a video on it if you’re interested.

What do you think about the difference between folic acid and methylfolate? I heard folic acid can plug up the folic receptor and prevent the bioavailability of 5-MTHF, the point of consuming folate. Long-term folic acid use might end up making us more fatigued in the long-run.
I want to know your thoughts on this.

I also have scarring from back surgery. I am taking serrapeptase for the scarring and it's helping. :D. But I am concerned about the 35mg of calcium included in my serrapeptase. I am wondering if the calcium will contribute to the bone spurs. Could you please point me to any articles you might have discovered in your research regarding this?

I love zipfizz. Should be called “25% farther 25% faster“. Sucralose content has to be small in the grape and orange flavors. It is not in the fruit punch. We’re talking 20 cal and I only use one a day. I am more worried about the caffeine.
