BE CAREFUL of too much phytic acid! To help REDUCE the phytic acid either SOAK your nuts overnight or longer to SPROUT them or in the case of almonds you can soak and remove the shells. It will help!
@David Don We have found sprouting works using any temp of water. We have used all 3 and they all work. This soaking also works with grains and legumes to reduce phytic acid and spout the grains. Makes it easier to digest.
@@polentusmax6100 No they don’t taste bad. You can re dry them out after soaking/sprouting them or you can take the shells off and have blanched almonds, for example. You can also make homemade nut milk with pre soaked nuts. We actually have a video on it if you’re interested.
What do you think about the difference between folic acid and methylfolate? I heard folic acid can plug up the folic receptor and prevent the bioavailability of 5-MTHF, the point of consuming folate. Long-term folic acid use might end up making us more fatigued in the long-run. I want to know your thoughts on this.
Great video. I haven't been able to find info about whether Marcona Almonds have as many phytates as "normal" almonds do. Does anyone know where I can find this info? Thanks.
Hence the reason why some believes keto doesnt work for them. Great work man👏👏👏. I also talk about natural remedies etc on my channel and I truly admire your work and hope to get to your level one day. Thank you!
Is there a difference between folic acid and fulvic acid? I’m noticing a lot of questions in the comments concerning both so I want to make sure I’m not missing something.
Great info! May provide insight into inability to keep iron levels adequate! So it's folic acid we need?! PLEASE note down however you recorded audio this time around, to make sure you can avoid this tinny echoing sound that seems like listening thru a soup can... hope that helps!
HI Thomas. I have been a customer of yours for a few years and really enjoy the benefits! Here is my question. I have bone deposits (spurs) growing on the inside of my spine. I also have scarring from back surgery. I am taking serrapeptase for the scarring and it's helping. :D. But I am concerned about the 35mg of calcium included in my serrapeptase. I am wondering if the calcium will contribute to the bone spurs. Could you please point me to any articles you might have discovered in your research regarding this?
of my illnesses? I have no gallbladder, I have hashimotos which is a autoimmune disorder, and diabetes. I have tried taking ox bile to help with the gallbladder issue and fasting for the hashimotos a keto for the diabetes but I'm still almost 200 lbs and I'm not even 5 feet tall female. is there anything I can do that I'm not doing? plz help.
I love zipfizz. Should be called “25% farther 25% faster“. Sucralose content has to be small in the grape and orange flavors. It is not in the fruit punch. We’re talking 20 cal and I only use one a day. I am more worried about the caffeine.
I was excited about Fulvic a few years ago. I ended up ordering from like 3 different companies but none passed the tea bag test so I moved on from it.
@@EACHONETEACHONE09 Its been a while but by my memory if you brew some dark tea then put fulvic in the glass it should turn clear or something like that. Just UA-cam search fulvic tea bag test. If u still cant find it I will go through my history to find u some links when I get the chance.
Hey Thomas,(or anyone else knowledgeable who might be reading!) I was wondering if you had compared the Sunwarrior product to the Keto Beam Electrolyze&MicroBoost duo products? If so,how does it compare to the Sunwarrior Liquid Light? I want to add this to my regiment since I need HELP assimilating after a bowel resection.
Also... kept hearing you say FOLIC acid - which is well known and many are deficient in... but description says FULVIC acid - which I've never heard of... which is correct?
I thought that folic acid is the synthetic form of folate... isn’t folate what we truly need. ?? My grandson was born with a tongue tie.. dr said it was from the folic acid in the prenatal vitamins.. and said it was a synthetic form of folate
Thomas I really enjoy your videos but I've recently been questioning whether you are a safe bet. There are so many doubters online and I'm now wondering myself if you are as honest as you seem? I worry that you are no more than a paid actor given some of the claims you've made in videos. I'll continue to follow but I don't know that I can follow every tip
But Thomas, what are chelated forms? What do we look for on the labels? Does it say chelated or are there specific forms of the minerals were looking for?
It makes you wonder how people could survive during the millions of years before we invented supplements🤓 Probably because they ate whole food, always organic, and not manmade? Combined with periods of fasting and famine was enough? Keep your money in your pocket, and do as our ancestors did...
If you soak your nuts 12 hours and then re-dry, they taste great and the phytates have been greatly reduced.
Lol
I'll have to let my girlfriend know.
🤣🤣🤣😂😂
LMAO!!
its impossible, normal people dont have the needed flexibility in the spine

Great info Thomas. This will help me to keep up with mineral and supplement intake. Thank you so much. 😊😊
Really great information here
I’d probably have diabetes by now if not for this man’s videos. Thank you!
I learnt early about minerals when I started keto because I began having dizzy spells and fainting.
It is always suspicious when producers do not mention the source of their product... Where doe Sunwarrior source their Fulvic ?

My husband and I have been using fulvic acid for 10 years.. it’s expensive but it’s worth it!
May I know what brand?
what benefits do you get from taking it? and what made you start taking it from day 1?
Thanks Thomas. You are so right. I have experienced this personally!
Thanks again Thomas!

Hey Thomas, where do you find your motivation when you feel beat down?
@ANNETTE RIMOVSKY why so angry?
Something is wrong with the audio. To much echo.

I thought Alpha Lipoic Acid did this job?
If you're taking thyroid medications like levothyroxine and lithyronine should you take folic acid? Will that help them be better absorbed?

Would this help with calcium absorption? Diagnosed with osteoporosis at 46 and I’m very frightened of how rapidly I’ve lost bone density
Suggestion: Look for K2 (mk-7), boron, magnesium, omega-3, potassium and D3 food sources and/or supplements if needed.
Is there a difference between folic acid and fulvic acid? I’m noticing a lot of questions in the comments concerning both so I want to make sure I’m not missing something.
Two different things. Just sound alike.
Folic acid is an essential B vitamin. Fulvic acid isn't. Essential. Or a B vitamin.
cant we just use acv for better absorption?
Good idea but always do your research

I'm keto and I Never put nuts in my mouth.
You can do whatever you want, I won't judge

And surely we should be taking or eating foods high in *Foliate* (like asparagus) rather than folic acid.
FULVIC Acid

Yes. Folic acid is synthetic. You want folate or folinic acid. Your grandson and his parents probably have the MTHFR genetic defect.
He's saying fulvic acid
Ah ah le gogurt!
It's expensive AF. How do they source it to feed pigs? A peatmoss tea? There has to be a cheap secret source they dont tell the public about
Composting and using that as healthy soil for your plants.
Methyl folate> folic acid
