These young men and women have stepped on these footprints to defend our nation and are a huge part of why we have our freedom and liberties. For one day we chose sides but for 364 days we are all on the same team. If you have never been you really need to go an experience it. We went in 2019 and it’s one of best things that I’ve ever done.
Many in our family have served WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, we have all branches covered except I think the Coast Guard & Space Force. I don't care what uniform you wear or wore bottom line is you stepped up & did the job. Thanks to all now serving, those who have, and those who will in the future. FLY NAVY!!!
During my 10 years in the Army I had the honor of training Cadets during summers at Camp Buckner and natural Bridge at the Academy. These people are so different. Got a drive seldom found. Their day does not end. This is the greatest rivalry in ALL OF SPORT! Pro,college,Olympic, it is beyond a bowl game and is seen and heard globally, broadcast by both A.F.N. and C.B.S. Go if you get the chance.
@@mattverville9227lmao people are always going to cry about it. They cheated and it got swept under the rug. You'll hear after Jim leaves that it was proved true and they'll have to vacate wins 😂
Air force as a branch is younger so it doesn't have as long a tradition as the Army Navy game. Thus, Army Navy gets its special moment as the last regular season game every season while Army and Navy play Air Force throughout the regular season. This 2023 season, Army beat both Air Force and Navy to win the Commander's Trophy, which, to many cadets, is more important than winning a national championship.
What's the point? To waste time and score as few points as possible while pretending prowess on the field? Yea, that's brave. It's football: You're supposed to outflank and outmaneuver the other team in ways that allow you to score more points. There's more options than running straight up the middle each time.
The academies, while historically powerful football powers, have limitations on recruiting. They do not lessen the academic and admission requirements for athletes, and the academic rigor is very high. And many top recruits don’t go to them because of the service commitment signed by the cadets and midshipmen. Thus, the NCAA has made this game, Army-Navy, the final regular season game of the college football season. Thus, they have to create strategies tailored to their unique player styles.

Its very telling that the players refuse to take the field when the anthem is playing. Kneeling ingrates.

Taliban. Moneyline.

None of them stated their reasons for joining as "Wanting to serve my country". So sad. Patriotism is dead.
Lol get out of social media it makes you anxious
Raising their right hand and taking their oath is the ultimate patriotism
i can see you never served lol get a job kid
no one joins the military for that, its either for money or because they are stup-d
@@jjojo2068 Im curious where did you get "it makes me anxious" from what I said?
