The 417 Hz Solfeggio frequency is said to help clear away all negativity, overcome self doubt, remove blockages and heal negative emotions. I no longer allow or let my trauma Try Me. My ransom has been cosmically and royally paid in full freeing me from being its hostage. By learning to alter my internal dialogue and vernacular it has changed and elevated my mental landscape immensely. You (trauma) used to live here, but now you are longer welcomed nor allowed to stay.

Inner child peace and freedom, as she sat in a corner crying,
He just longed to be held lovingly, wanted and needed by his mother,
She had her gaze fixed, viewing upon nature, like a motionless figurine,
Not blinking for even a second, as if she was waiting for someone that was never going to return,
Firmly positioned on the velvet armchair, no sign of movement, only sounds of the crackling fire in the background, utter silence his only friend,
He called out softly to his unattentive mother, he cannot remember, how many times he repeated the cycle,
Why was she living on a different planet to him? Had he done something wrong to upset her? He could try to put it right,
He walked over to the armchair and placed his head in her lap, praying and hoping she would lift her hand and stroke his head,
She trembled slightly, not moving her gaze and said “not now dear, mom needs time on her own.”
He rose, kissed her hand lovingly saying “I understand mom, I will say goodnight now and I love you,”
Hoping for a reply, but nothing was forthcoming, except for emptiness,
He gently closed the door to his bedroom, knelt down and prayed “Please Angels help my mom, we both need your love, help and guidance. I do not know what to do to assist her in feeling better? Please give me an answer in my dreams tonight, I love her very much, she is hurting at the moment, please help and assist us both, I believe and trust in you always."

Depresyondaki bir anne, evliliğinden istediğini bulamamış kocasından istediği sevgiyi alakayı almamış sevmediği bir kocayla eve hapsedilmiş ve kim olduğunu dair hiçbir fikri ve merakı olmayan da bir çocuk var evde ona bakmak bile istemiyor sadece bakım veriyor katlanıyor. Baba desen zaten halatında hiçbir şeyi görmemiş hiçbir zevki güzelliği tatmamış bunun için kendisine de izin vermemiş kaskatı bir adam.
