It makes a refreshing change doesn’t it. I have just come from some other UA-cam channels like the news and some crime channels and the comment sections are dark, angry, cruel places. People are so bitter snd angry at one another right now and as an empath this sort of thing really upsets me , drains me and puts me out of sorts. I’ve come here to defuse myself from the madness and I refuse to get pulled into to drama. I want peace, freedom, kindness, understanding , ,oneness and love for myself, my family, those I love and for everyone living on this planet. What I noticed and learned is to be patient with yourself, you can never rush because time will never slow down or speed up. Once you become curious again, you get your power back. We're here to experience and observe. Be the child scientist and watch life and watch yourself allowing everything to be. Watch the pain, watch the suffering, tool out incredible gifts and ride the wave when the happiness comes back. Don't take it so personally, we're not human after all, we're spirits in a human dimension. Love with all your heart even if it breaks a thousand times because that's the only real freedom. People are so bitter snd angry at one another right now and as an empath this sort of thing really upsets me , drains me and puts me out of sorts. What I noticed and learned is to be patient with yourself, you can never rush because time will never slow down or speed up.
