This comforts my anxiety during the day & at night. This with cold air at night playing soothes my mind & my soul. Thank you Heavenly Father for providing this soft music. One day I will be free & healed from these deliberating Panic Attacks in Jesus Name. 🙏🏻😩

As a fellow panic attack sufferer, I understand! You’re not alone. I can also tell you from experience there’s hope! Once I began supporting my nervous system and using somatic practices I started noticing a huge shift. I still get panic attacks but they aren’t as all consuming as they once were. And happen way less often. Our Heavenly Father wired us to heal! 🙌 our nervous systems are just trying to protect us. With our love & support they quiet down :-)

Its not myself in battle. Im listening and picking right artist to help my fiance awaken for one more time before she's tested from god. As she is in hospital care i sit beside her and play the sounds praying to see her eyes again well informed of her serious condition. We've been through alot, god tested us on the streets we succeeded. God tested are home are love for one another, we weren't torn apart or failure isn't are path hut now god test strength, will, love and it seems the sickness is stronger. Now? after it all? Prayers are welcomed for Angela.(Angel)thank you.

My family against me, they don't understand me. That's why some time i feel lonly but after that i control my emotions.. In past, i get through depression for some personal reason. But know I am ok.. I can handle myself. I trust the Universe. And the music is very peaceful❤thank you

I am in such deep pain I am far away from my family for the first time and my husband is in another city because I have university in other city and my lectures are so hard I can't understand I don't know how to overcome all these things.
