Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. The original solfeggio scale consisted of 6 different tones, each tone vibrating in its own frequency and carrying its own benefits. Later on, 3 additional tones where discovered by Dr. Leonard Horowitz and added to the initial scale which now consists of a total of 9 tones.
The music in this video was composed in the lowest Solfeggio tone: the “F” at 174Hz. Also known as “frequency of the Earth Energy”, the frequency of 174Hz enables a connection between us and the Earth. Besides its calming and relaxing qualities on the mind, the 174Hz healing frequency also appears to have an effect on relaxing muscles and tendons and thereby alleviating tension and pain.

Hi dear stranger. I know sometimes it feels super hard, lonely and things are consuming you physically and mentally, too much thoughts and feelings until you don’t even recognise half of what you feel… sending you love, and know one day you’ll wake up and feel this life is worth living, you are worthy. Don’t give up. You’re still breathing, take one day/one hour at a time. Even circumstances and things can suck and feel destroyable, but remember you already went so far in your life, we all come to this world and leave on our own, everything in between are experiences.. you made this far… your heart and lungs are working every second, just for you. We were all once a child with curious eyes and loving heart trying their best to grow and adapt to this world, we would not once look at their face and tell them they’re not worthy… Some moment we may only feel better by 1%, and sometimes we feel like we’re progressing one step forward and two steps backwards… this journey to recovery is not fixed or linear, but please know, one day this 1% will become 20%, and 50%, and more… one day you’ll breathe in fresh air and feel much more alive again. Hold onto the 1%, make decisions that maybe you don’t feel like but would benefit and help you in the long run… take time alone but don’t be afraid to be near others, nature, pets, a different environment… you’re the one by your side all the time and the one that can help and provide care to yourself too. Sometimes it’s a change of mindset or giving yourself permission to get better. You deserve good things, your body and your mind deserve good things and to thrive. You can overcome this. A few hours ago I argued with my mom. She always say me "You are useless and irresponsible child. You have been guilty since from your 4." I went into hysterics. I know she is a narcissist. These past two days have been especially hard on me and I almost relapsed. But I was able to stay strong and not give in to my pain. I came across this video in hope that I can find some peace tonight. I’m struggling w sleep. My son has not come to visit in 5 yrs. He knows my doctors won’t let me fly but I am no longer respected or cared for.
As much as I shrug it off, tomorrow is my 65th birthday and I think deep inside, I had held out hope.
We raise them right but some still choose a different path.

I was feeling out of sorts, a headache and With chronic nerve pain and spasm from my head to my lower back. I was feeling like my whole body was responding to fingernails down a black board. today I finally let go of all the pain and hurt I have been carrying for many years today I let it go and start a new I also release myself of my past I hold on to the good memories and I'm letting go of all the bad ones. I am free I can finally move on and be at peace with myself

I don’t say you need to forget it , but let it be , and move on . Without all of the “ lessons “ you’ve been trough , you wouldn’t be you today. Everything has it’s purpose. You’re on the good path. Keep going, stop on your way just to see what you’ve left behind , not to worry about it anymore , because you’re here, not there anymore . So never stop believing in yourself, you can do it ! ❤️🙏 You’re strong , brave , and I for sure know you’ll be good 😊 Just imagine after some years, remember those times, and laugh about it 🤗

Check your food sensitivity. I used to have them. I found out that I am sensitive to gluten. When i cut gluten from my diet, I stopped having headaches.

I am broken, in pieces.
I just ended my relationship.
I'm pregnant to him and now i'm going to be raising this baby alone, wich is something i never wanted because i've allready raised a child alone and it was very difficult.
I broke up with him because he has treated me very badly, hurting me and stressing me and making me cry, even while i'm pregnant.
I am so broken and run down and in a bad way that seems impossible to recover from.
I can't stop crying and i allmost felt like i was about to have a break down and then i found this music.
It has helped me cope enough to get my head together and for that i am extremely greatful.
I have read the comments and my heart break's for you all because i feel your pain, literally, so you are not alone.
I've dealt with year's of suffering and i understand, both physically and emotionally and also with grief and depression and anxiety.. etc!
