I don't like the idea of wearing headphones when I go for walks. I prefer to listen to the the birds singing or just the silence. I does far more for your mental wellbeing and gets you away from the daily 'noise' of music/talking etc.
I don't do that either also for safety reasons.
Or listen to more peaceful things if you want music, I wear ear buds when I walk my dog and always only have one in.
I read prefer to hear the people who might be sneaking up on me. Clearly I need to put down the horror books for a moment 😂
Anyone else wish they could do all of this, but you have to be at the hospital to start work at 6 or 7am 😂 so I just pretend I can have such a relaxing morning like her
i work nites so i dont even go to bed until 6am 😂 i wish i was a content creator, its been my dream for 8 years but i havent found good videos that break down filming and editing in a way i can understand. 😢

A lot of great advice on this video Hannah ✨️ i completely agree that therapy helps us learn ourselves better. It is definitely as important to have these "off days" where we just relax and recharge ❤

im so glad I found your channel! every girl ik does heavy weight lifting five times a week and i tried that for over 2 years and couldn't stay consistent because i was getting muscular and i didn't enjoy it. Im so glad you enjoy pilates as much as me i wish more people would talk about it more.
Loved this series! So important to not try too much as it’s just not sustainable and these are really good suggestions!

Sort of similar to the pairing idea, I learnt this one from Emily Norris, is start a new habit with an old habit. I've been given medicine to take recently and to remember to take my tablets I have one when I have a cuppa so if I'm making a hot drink it's a good reminder for me.
I do this with my vitamins in the morning!

Love this! ❤ just passing on something that I was told last week by a functional medicine doctor that I was sooooo getting wrong, to not have a hot drink half an hour before or after the probiotics as it apparently damages them!

Excellent routine video beautiful Hannah and ever since Hannah said she has her mobile phone off by 9:00pm i have developed the habit of not having mine on after 9:00pm. Please be careful when walking with earphones/earbuds in. Try to only walk with one earbud/earphone in, if you must. I know someone who was walking with earbuds in both ears and was assaulted in broad daylight.

I love your videos, but I get tired and tense trying to catch up with your fast-talking, it would be amazing if you slow down, life is already hectic let's unwind by watching your valuable videos 😘
You can slow down the audio a bit.
What… I speed up videos bc I think they should talk faster… listen to audible on 1.5-2x and you might process words faster
