@That One Haha. Not everybody's middle school school has access to top notch hurdle coaches. A lot of them have to work with what they have/who's willing to try and coach.
@That One I'd argue there's some gray area between injuring a child and being as good as the UT Austin hurdle coach, but I'm also not too worked up if you have a different opinion. Stay safe!
Hey, do you think Syd could take it away? She is great in the flat 100 and has the age-group record for 14yo (like a 13.35). I think her technique is bad for now, but who knows by Paris 2024.
@@efisgpr --I love Sydney, she has star potential. Never know what the future holds, but for now, Sydney is better served in the 400mH. Leave the 100mH to Keni.
@@efisgpr nah the 100m hurdles is a differnt world it would take her years to get to wear these ladies are even if she does fix that awful technique of hers and I run both but she is a beast at the 400mh tho
'coach Flo literally said at 1:45 jasmine works hard she will be putting pressure open Kenny" past Olympics jasmine has won the gold medal. coach Flo was right. sad she left to train in another group but she really flourished. he never doubted her.
Great production as usual. You need to do tori Bowie next and also try to do Coleman or bromell on a block day and get raw footage of them doing block starts and take them from multiple angles
Interesting to hear coach Flo talk abt training these top athletes and how they're high intensity training that mimics the atmosphere of worlds (the aim for this year) or any major track meet. This is ideal for any athlete hoping to push themselves in the company of other athletes who perform at such high levels. To think that Syd Mclaughlin amongst her reasons for leaving coach Flo said that she felt that she was putting a lot of pressure on herself whilst training with these athletes and needed to get away from that is interesting. Only time will tell whether Syd made the right move or not. Not that Joana Hayes is any less of a coach. This should be an interesting year for hurdles
This is truly a motivational video. My 17yr old daughter is a hurdler. My son is 10yrs old and has developed an interest to become a hurdler as well. I would love to have someone help us with getting better.
I love her she gat the skill and technique too actually she's my role mdodel hopefully I'll follow her steps and become a champion too when I get a coach
Started track in middle school, (played other sports too) and ran in college at Auburn. Got an engineering degree and have been doing that whole job thing since 07. No real complaints honestly, but when I see this it makes my blood boil in a good way. I can still smell the track. I still go out when I can - maybe i'll have kids that I can train.
Coach Edrick Floreal.... hmmm... must be Haitian! His accent comes in and out. Im very impressed. I wonder if he would consider coaching for Haiti track?
ME--Ok, I'll respect your opinion, but I see many that will out-shine Camacho Quinn. Here are just a few: Brianna McNeil, Shereka Nelvis, Christine Manning, Tobi Amusan. Sally Pearson, if she is still competing at the same level.
Yeah true. But people like Sharika nelvis, Jasmin stowers, Christina Manning are inconsistent. I’m not sure if they are even going to make the team. We are yet to see that from Jasmine.
Yes. I totally forgot about Brianna. So I think Brianna and keni will go 1,2 with Sally Pearson in the mix and I do think Tobi amusan is one to watch for but I think Jasmine Camacho-Quinn is one to watch for too. & I think she could out run tobi.
This coach is so good. When I did hurdles in middle school, it was like, "good luck dude"

Well that’s middle school...this is a top D1 school
There are a lot of "coaches" who are just there to collect a paycheck.
@@mikecastle9846 Even so, that's half assing it.
Flo seems to be one of the greatest coaches out there
The best
Love watching Keni on the hurdles. Her technique is so superior to the other girls. That's why she holds the WR.

I truly support your sentiments....Tori Bowie and Christian Coleman should be featured next.
Obad big facts
Definitely one of the better videos I've seen from you. Can you get anything on Sidney Mcloughlin?
Oh yeah
Sydney McLaughlin* 😭

Only here for Keni the QUEEN but good luck for her training partners as well.
Excellent! Love to see how they train.
Hot damn! Coach Flo is something else ... Fantastic coaching. Great work from the athletes too.
Keni Harrison should try 100M too, girl is fast. I think she can pull some Gail Devers (100M Flat & 100m Hurdles).
She probably can run 10.9
@@jefui1 Yes she can.
Good training

Those young ladies are very intelligent and classy smart amazing adorable Go UT
wow the coach is good
I think Jasmine can push keni. I’m calling it now. 1,2 at world champs if Sally Pearson isn’t in the mix

Jesus loves you all repent and give your life to Jesus
Keni is great, but Carter is trash. Don't put them together.
