Bro you gotta to have Hella Patience! I don't have that anymore, hence I am a 12v Electronics Tech and not a Body Tech! ja ja ja Salute to you and I know who to call in the future if I need work done! The Sip is a hope away! OORAH
I have the same headliner, just with the dvd player. I needed to see this. Now i just need that fabric, the spray gun, the glue, and the stands i will be good! Salute Sprayway!!!!
Awesome as Always...Great vid... Ive done a few of these myself now..only advice i can give is Do Not Use rattle can carpet glue.as looses its Stick with the heat of the sun.
@@FuckUA-camCensorship2024 - I can’t recall if it was this video or another but he recommends and did use “Landau” top adhesive/ spray with a suction feed paint gun. If I recall correctly there is only 1 or 2 companies that produce the glue and it’s only available in gallon size.
Bama , clean and prep the headliner , coat front and back with two coats of fiberglass resin . Makes it waterproof , sun resistant, and keeps it from sagging. Then cover with material. 🎉
If I can’t use that exact spray adhesive you used , what’s another one you would recommend for high heat resistance because I’ve used so many different ones but since I live in Arizona and temperatures outside reach up to 110 in the summer the liner starts to drag and drop after I reupholstered it last summer. What u recommend boss ?
Nice job Mr. Sprayway looks like it was a pain in the ass to remove it from the truck , I have a 2005 Tahoe with the same problem looks like I’m going to have fun
Good day my brother, I recently purchased an 06 and the rear vents were snatched out leaving a bigger hole there. How would you go about repairing such a thing??????
Question: would it be a bad idea to try and replace a headliner with something other than the junky material that it came with? Maybe something like thin rubber so it can be easily cleaned by just wiping it down? Would it stay up or would it be too heavy? I hate material on a headliner. I need to redo my 2002 Yukon but if I have to put more material up there I think I'll just use duct tape instead lol.
Great job like how you did your disappear act in ghosting me like Casper the friendly ghost a lifetime of ghosting huh in doing 29 thousand more cars lol
If there is anyone doing vids that deserves to make it big and build a shop because of talent and tenacity it’s you young man.

SPRAYWAY#1FAN
I'll probably never do this but just really enjoyed the vid, thanks.
Maybe not this year but who knows. Someday you could find yourself owning a ‘95 Caprice or pretty much any Chevy has a drooping headliner 😂
Spray at it again.. there isn’t shit this man can’t do.. I still need my car done
Great video. Learned a lot. Keep it up 👍
Now I can do my Tahoe. Good looking sprayway 💯

Came out great
Great job explaining the steps necessary to remove the headliner and sunshade. This will help me greatly when I redo my Tahoe headliner.
Glad it helped
Excellent job, first time watching your channel.
Another great video
I have the same headliner, just with the dvd player. I needed to see this. Now i just need that fabric, the spray gun, the glue, and the stands i will be good! Salute Sprayway!!!!
I did similar think in my lincoln but used synthetic suede. I think the whole job cost under 70 in materials. Good work.
Awesome as Always...Great vid... Ive done a few of these myself now..only advice i can give is Do Not Use rattle can carpet glue.as looses its Stick with the heat of the sun.
What do you use?
Good to know, TY!
Ok....says what NOT to use but not what is best or recommended to use. Wtf?
@@FuckUA-camCensorship2024 - I can’t recall if it was this video or another but he recommends and did use “Landau” top adhesive/ spray with a suction feed paint gun. If I recall correctly there is only 1 or 2 companies that produce the glue and it’s only available in gallon size.
Turned out awesome 🌴👍👍😎🌴
Nice I'll need my hedliner fixed sometime.
Ok then fam
Where do you get the material from
Great video. My 2004 chevy suburban headliner is pretty ugly… i gotta try to fix it. This video has been extremely helpful. Thank you
Glad I could help
Looks 1000 percent better with the new fabric.
That is so clean bro!! 🔥🔥 I wish i had someone like you in my area 😭
Appreciate that
Looks a lot better. 💪🏾 💯
I sure need to see this having same issue with my caprice wagon
At least you can pull it out the back!
@RustyZipper I just did a Roadmaster wagon, same thing. Very easy to take out. Only hard part was around the seat belt poast.
can you use any paint gun to spray the glue? It seems like the glue would be too thick for the paint gun.
I’m thinking at least a 1.8 and makes sure the glue is warm 🤷♂️
How can I get some work done my guy
Bama , clean and prep the headliner , coat front and back with two coats of fiberglass resin . Makes it waterproof , sun resistant, and keeps it from sagging. Then cover with material. 🎉
Just the resin, no cloth? I have a bubble caprice and my headliner is pretty weak. New Replacements are not available or super expensive with shipping
Dang.. that’s a lot of work. Final product looks good
Excellent work! Truly inspiring!
Thank you very much!
Dam good job
Inspiration 🖤🖤
Man thanks for all your how to vids big ups from Gulfport ms
Headliner so clean made me like the video
My boy sprayway never disappoints 💪🏾💪🏾💯
Nice video Sir. I appreciate the tutorial and the detail. Now I can tackle my ‘03 Tahoe.
Glad I could help! Thanks
My friend, you always please ;)
You did a great job
Where do I get the fabric from? And what's a better adhesive if I'm not using the Gun?
If I can’t use that exact spray adhesive you used , what’s another one you would recommend for high heat resistance because I’ve used so many different ones but since I live in Arizona and temperatures outside reach up to 110 in the summer the liner starts to drag and drop after I reupholstered it last summer. Pretty much any high heat will work for you
good job!!
Thanks!
wow great work my friend!
Thanks for making the video!
How much fabric do you need for this vehicle?? I have the same one and I just want to make sure I order the correct amount
Wow! Great job!!!
The g.o.a.t. 4 sho 💪 👏 🙌 ❤️
I used a grinder with the wire but you have to be careful take it easy
That was my first thought but that would bite into that foam real quick. Like when you hit a rust bubble 😂
Nice job Mr. Sprayway looks like it was a pain in the ass to remove it from the truck , I have a 2005 Tahoe with the same problem looks like I’m going to have fun
This is great stuff!

Good day my brother, I recently purchased an 06 and the rear vents were snatched out leaving a bigger hole there. How would you go about repairing such a thing??????
I probably would CA glue it
How long did it take ?
Question: would it be a bad idea to try and replace a headliner with something other than the junky material that it came with? Maybe something like thin rubber so it can be easily cleaned by just wiping it down?

I hate material on a headliner.
I need to redo my 2002 Yukon but if I have to put more material up there I think I'll just use duct tape instead lol.
Yes, it’ll work
@@SprayWayCustoms You should offer it. I bet you get flooded with business forever.

I might have to try that
Where are you from because I my need some work done ✅ ASAP just like that and GOOD JOB I LIKE YOUR WORK NO BS 💯✅😎
You think it would be easier to deinstall and maybe just find another clean one to install?
Dude,I love sunroofs but,,,,, man it's a pain in the ass to put a headliner in around it and make it look right?Agree?
Great job like how you did your disappear act in ghosting me like Casper the friendly ghost a lifetime of ghosting huh in doing 29 thousand more cars lol
👍
