    Hi :) actually great tutorial for a beginner, it was clear to me. I only know basic stitches and how to crochet them in rows. It helped to me that I first just learned those and practiced for several days (slip knot, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet). Those were not perfect, but now when I know these basics this tutorial is easy to understand :)
    also, tip for anyone if it's too fast for you, you can always slow down the video in settings :) that also helps for me to see where all the fingers or loops are in specific moment :D

      @katysexton2668 Місяць тому

      I was having this exact problem myself until today I finally managed to do it! The trick is to make sure that every time you do a cluster of three double crochets, that you move them along the ring so that they sit right next to each other! Then when you do your next cluster of three they should sit at around a 90° angle to the first cluster, and so on until you have your 4 clusters and you’ve finished the first round. At that point it should look like a square!

    • @3yezack993
      @3yezack993 8 днів тому

      Honestly they are kind of hard at first but if you make sure to keep your tension the same the whole time and also as some others have said do a few more rounds WITH THE SAME TENSION and it will start to go square, also make sure you aren’t pulling to tight because that will make it curl inwards and be more round. As well make sure you take your time doing your corners as that will make or break the shape! Hope this helps xx

      @Maddy-Marie  22 дні тому

      That can happen if you don’t do the corners correctly. Make sure to do 2 double crochet clusters in each corner. I hope this helps! 😊

    i don’t get the cluster part😭

    • @Maddy-Marie
      @Maddy-Marie  9 днів тому

      The clusters are 3 double crochets. Don’t think about it differently just do 3 double crochets when I say do a cluster. I hope this helps! 😊💕
