Nice setup mate , the fov looks incredibly good , would you consider making a video about how to set up the triples in ams2 and sharing your ffb settings?
Oreca LMP2 Gen 1 and Gen 2. These are both a similar drive .. very immersive, the car is more sucked to the road with downforce than some other. To top it off they have a nice roaring engine sound. Very fun.
Yoi really can make the whole thing feel better with force feedback settings. This game more than any other that I've set up and tried. With the old profile I was using under the standard default plus, the game still felt really floaty and non-precise. But with changing a lot of the actual semicube settings and readjusting some things in game, it feels very similar to LMU and the way it drives. It's not perfect but it's really close. It was actually a really huge change in the overall driving experience, just with force feedback settings. Again, I agree that it's just a step in the right direction and they're still a little more work to do but but it really did make a difference
Thank you for watching and for the comment mate! :) Mind sharing your SC True drive settings? I tried curing the sliding behavior with FFB adjustments, I even tried the custom FFB 6000v2 but I actually prefer the default standard with my settings so went back to that one.

The in game settings definitely play with some. But I feel this gave a lot better initial weight and feel, and it's more direct to what the car is doing. But it gets rid of that loose floaty feeling in the center that just makes things feel...sloppy. I also assign an encoder to the wheel for vehicle specific gain so you can adjust in the fly overall car strength individually, but the overall feel is the same

Really a perfect review of the actual AMS2 state. It's fun but it looks far from to realistic, if you're aiming for a strict simulation this is honestly the wrong game
You're comparing it to another sim racing game. We're both sitting in aluminium cockpits in our bedrooms. You/I/We are NOT race drivers. YOU MUST remember that.

He is not comparing to any other sim racing game, the slip angle the gt3 slick allows is not possible even for a normal road tyre in real life. Anybody who has any idea of how tyres produce grip will same the same.
QUESTION of the day: Which is your favorite car in AMS2 after the 1.6 update?
LMP2
@@Weyco23 OK, I will have to try it :)
From what I've tested so far, I'd say LMP2 as well, feels amazing
LMP2 Oreca 07. Massive grip, and it doesn´t slide in ice like the GT3s.
@@wilson80neto Well, I guess I have to take the LMP2 for a spin :)
Your setup is amazing my dude! I personally play in VR but your cockpit feels very immersive.
Thank you so much my man! Really appreciate the feedback :)
Great vid, I feel the same with rear tire slipping still on the 1.6 update. But it is much better than where it has been for a long time.
Thank you for the feedback! :) Yes 1.6 feels like an evolution rather than revolution. Certainly a step in the right direction but it's not there yet
Nice setup mate , the fov looks incredibly good , would you consider making a video about how to set up the triples in ams2 and sharing your ffb settings?
Thank you so much mate! Yes on my to do list for the next few days. I will make a video with all my settings and a guide :)
Visually stunning 🔥
Thank you so much! :)

OK, very nice! Overwhelming support for the LMP2 so I will try it :)

That's fantastic to hear mate! Glad you are enjoying it! :)
Which is your favorite car to drive after the update?
Damn nice job with FOV
Thank you so much! :)
Agree totally on the rear feeling of the GT3s. Worst feeling: BMW M4 GT3 on Imola on default setup and in default conditions.

How many FPS do you get with your triple screen rtx 4080 ?
Hey, I have to double check the exact number and will let you know later today. My guess, 90-100
How are you getting your left and right screen so well aligned. Are you using NVSurround or AMD Eyefinity to set up your triples or are you not?
Hi, yes, I am using NVSurround.

If you go to Options -> Camera you have different cameras there and you can adjust the value per each camera separately.
Are you on triples?
Yes triple 32
