Wow, I never thought Carhartt would be fashionable some day. I've always associated Carhartt as a brand of clothing that Americans with some grit in their bellies and gravel in their voice wore. Prior to starting work in 2012, I never even heard of Carhartt. On day 1, boss woman told me to go to the local outdoor store and pick up some Carhartt's before winter comes. I grabbed the "standard" coat that you were showing, with the dark brown corduroy collar. I'm wearing it right now actually. It's gotten me through the coldest winter days, working outside in all sorts of weather, here in northern New Jersey. It's a GREAT work coat. If I had to stop by the mall on my way home from work, to pick a gift up for the girlfriend or something, I aways felt out of place in there, even a little low class with my Carhartt clothes and work boots on. Carhartt clothing usually indicates one has a hard job and does miserable things throughout the day. Now I go in there and you've got high-school and college kid yuppie types, who look like they've never worked a day in their life, walking around in Carhartt gear. It's weird to me. They give off a totally fake vibe and appear poser'ish, which is obnoxious. But I understand the rustic/vintage American look is attractive so I don't blame people for wanting to wear them.

Sorry about that man the tags on a lot of the jackets were really faded since they were thrifted
Would you sell the third one? I want it haha
The one with the brown collar? that one is my favorite one so I'm gonna have to hold on to that one brotha haha
@@jimaaaaa darn! Well If ever you did get bored of it and wanna sell it I’d give you more than you payed :)
@@leinadmot46 Def will hit you up man!
If you work in a Carhartt they don’t last forever 🤣😆🤣. The cuffs wear out quickly and on mine the sleeves get holes in them too. My overalls have holes in the knees.
I imagine for all the people including myself that are casually wearing carhartt we won't run into that issue lol
you can send it back in to carhartt and tell fix it for free....
@@swim3699 seriously?
@@SVMSICE yes go on website certain items they'll fix
@@swim3699 oh yeah, they won’t fix worn out material on a several year old well used coat.
u lookin nice man
Gracias
Imagine buying these for fashion -_-
I don't have to imagine when I do it in real life lol
@@jimaaaaa you could totally buy them new and go do some yard work, or change your cars oil. Don’t sit right with me these are made for workers who sweat in them a lot. Seen to many build a bear men wearing them., same dudes who can’t change a tire. Just amusing.
Nice Video from Germany
Greetings man, glad to have you on the channel!
Today those jacket are very pricey
Don’t buy a carhartt at all if you’re not doing carhartt shit 🤣🤣
Let me go apply for a welder job real quick lol
So , people dress up… as hard workers…?
