    I liked how you included the part about asking the customer if they would want anything to eat or drink and what they personally like to it. It makes it super personalized for them and not a lot of salons/people think of that kind of thing.

    Yes providing customer service is so important to keep clientele going I wouldn’t return to anyone who made me feel unliked or uncomfortable

    I really love how she talks about the way your area looks and smells because those can be really key factors in people living to come to you because they love the decorations you have and also any fragrances you use people will also love and anybody love a places that smells amazing !

    I like offering drinks during the clients visit. I also really appreciate you always wanting to WOW the customer new or existing. Sometimes owners forget about their regulars or assume they don’t care for the special treatment new clients receive. Asking about the music level is also nice.

    I love all these ideas💕 especially focusing on before and after! I know I always feel like I might be annoying clients if I message them afterwards but I need to push past that haha.

      Yes! The followup is so important, and I know it can sometimes feel like you're being to pushy, but trust me we as clients love to hear from you! Don't be afraid to show up in their email or in other ways to check in, keep in touch, and share more value with them (whether that's sending videos, advice, ideas, etc).
