    wow idk why i thought i was supposed to get through all the videos for one workout. lol after video 1 i could only make it through 2nd round. enjoying the work out! definitely out of breath. can't wait until i have this nailed. thank you

    Any tips for people with carpal tunnel?

      Don't push that hand. When doing exercises, wear a thick cast. However, even then, you have to be very careful. Modify the exercises to the best of your ability so they don't include the hands.
