    Maine to breakfast me besan and aata ka paratha cooked in less deshi ghi with bhindi subji khaya.... ..and it was so tasty and nutreous...though I don't eat paratha regularly bt I had fast on Monday so I felt so hungry in the morning 😋

      anar ke ras mai Chuna milake khae.... Mix a grain size Chuna in Pomogrenate juice it'll make your baby healthy and also he won't suffer from any kind of weakness or diseases after he grews up. This is the best and also not to forget to eat good quality of A2 ghee and milk, for not only your physical health but also for your child's health.

    I eat 2 days poha banana jaggery,3 days sattu banana jaggery,some days only roti with some sabji,some days only milk banana peanut butter shake. On sundays I eat a bowl of semolina paasta with added veggies made by me. Though spicy paasta is bad but I think once a week is fine ! Learnt from the best.. Vivek bhaiya 😀
