@@calvincastiel5663a local Filipno joke- before some students would skip classes to stroll in nearby malls but today students especially in school uniform are not allowed entry in malls or game shops. So when one cant give a good or right answer to a Q "he may have cut classes"

@@calvincastiel5663 usually especially in Manila you are your own category unless you’re African American. Foreigner is a word for white people and East Asians. Usually you will just be viewed as black or baluga(if you look brown or light brown like some African Americans .)Or Indian /middle eastern. Usually these groups get worst treatment then the foreigner will

But as of now NCR or METRO MANILA is the capital region in Philippines which includes Makati,taguig,Quezon city and other NCR cities
