3rd world country? Im sorry Philippines is not.
Then REFUSE to accept foreign aid..
Just send it back..
what's the connection? Japan also received foreign aid whenever there's a disaster coming.

Let me think now...
THAT possibly would have been after WW2 or when a devastating event occurred..
NOT on monthly basis to drag stupid arses out of trouble or so the politicians could steal it under pretext of CALAMITY..
When did they last get foreign aid??
Seems he’s considering himself as more American than Filipino !! Dude wake up! Your parents are both Filipino! U just born and grew up in America! But you can’t call your self an American !!

Lol diminishing actually..I cant protect this country im not a leader here.
The Philippines is not a third world country. It is a first world country which is allied to the USA. Economincally speaking it is a fast growing developing country. So please before stating a statement, know what you are talking about. Just learn.
Watch out for your words, Bro "third world country"?! Please be careful, because I'm sure you will disappoint the Filipinos and other nationalities who put in effort just to help grow the Philippines. I know you want a direct statement, but do proper research. Here is the meaning of it: (source: WIKIPEDIA) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_World
