He seemed pretty irresponsible with them, and he should have known the consequences of being a marijuana user. He knowingly lied on every piece of federal paperwork he filled out for every gun he owned. I think you should be able to smoke weed and own guns though, but he knew the risks.
I mean he knowingly broke the law, knowingly full well the consequences if he did... i dont. He chose the worst route for illegal drugs instead of going down the street lol. @@redrik009 the whole thing was they took all the guns away on the idea that he used to them to sell weed, but it's unreasonable to say every gun was drug related when he has a youtube channel all about guns. Plus me personally I don't think he should have to do anything for weed related "crimes". The worst he could've done was give some guy thr munchies. Crazy he's treated the same if not worse than a sexual predator would.
@@DasFlippityFlop I think we’re relatively on the same page. I don’t agree with his punishment in the slightest. I have a sizable but much smaller gun collection than Kyle did at his peak and I live in a state where weed is legal. I still don’t touch weed because I know the consequences if I ever was caught or reported to the feds by someone that hated me. I think I should be able to smoke a joint after smoking some targets in a free country, but these are the rules I have to play by until the law changes

Eighth = $30
Quarter = $50-55
And nobody i know has ever bought a half without going straight to an ounce at $180. Also, the $10 a g goes from 10% to 20% but if you getting 25%+ its $15 a g and if youre getting reggie its usually a random handful of change around $6-8 for a g. People selling reggie really dont care about set prices

No matter which party has a president in office, the government benefits tremendously from a helpless populace, especially when a large chunk of it are made felons overnight. We know how bad some police departments and all of the ATF are, so guess who would be targeted first for gun raids? Certainly not anyone white. And remember the repealing of Roe v. Wade? With good enough writing, Congress could pass a bill that abuses the now defunct privacy protections of that ruling to effectively turn the country into a police state.

@@SamuelShin95 I’m not a weed smoker, but I don’t look down on people who use it for medical uses. It’s better than pharmaceuticals that have a bunch of side effects and are extremely addictive. New Jersey lets their police smoke weed. That is crazy to me, because they are openly letting them violate a federal law that they would arrest a citizen over.

I grew up in Idaho and I knew people who had entire basements full of guns. My friend's father had 5 or 6 duplicates of some guns, like the Blackhawk .44 magnum... he had 7 of those. Why? I own guns and used to have a lot more until my father stole them, but why so many and multiples? Not to mention tens of thousands of rounds of ammunition. I guess some people are prepared to kill a lot of people, which doesn't make sense to me because most of them have never even been in a physical fight.

Kyle has a life and money and even if the worst case scenario did come around he would’ve been doing like a year with the knowledge that he’s completely taken care of and once he gets out he can get a house wherever he wants with little difference in his bank. Much different when you’re talking about a normal person who only has one chance and if they do a year in jail the next 15 are gonna be spent recovering from it
