I love your channel so much. You're one of the few UA-camrs I almost like all your videos (at least all those I've watched). When you mentioned you're going to therapy and been through toxic relationships, that's what I've gone through and I'm in therapy now. I can see the change in myself and I can sense your calm and confident energy in your videos. When the day I learned what's "victim mentality" was and started to learn how to change my mindset, my world started to shift. Especially about the relationship part, when my younger self was wondering why I didn't have the relationship that I wanted. Last year, I started to go to therapy, and I started to heal my trauma, Things started to change and I've met the person that I've been dreaming of. I love your advice. :)

Glad you ended up with this kind of educational channel because you have so much more to give (although I’d love to see a day in your life if you ever do that). I love that you have a toddler because so do I , I’m 29 and relate to you when you say you’re finding yourself after his two years of age! My daughter is two and I’m finally finding myself again slowly and when I have time. I’m looking to find new interests ! Last year I had a lot of grief over losing the previous me before a child when I could leave the house whenever , was slimmer and more time etc
