Hi, @shrishti3218! looking for a big difference will still depend on your daily routines and diet. Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Some people notice a difference like within a week and some takes about 3-4 weeks for changes to kick in. Everyone's journey to weight loss is unique. First day was really difficult because I hadn't worked out in a very long time, second day was even harder because I was sore, but today was my third day and after some stretching and warming up, it was considerably easier! I already feel stronger, thank you Roberta!

I have been doing this exercise for almost 4 months...can't say that I reduced 5kg in 10 days but i got to see significant changes all over my body. It really works and you'll be able to see noticable difference in 1 month or so. Love this excercise.
In my 4th day I already lost 3 kg just needed to minimize eating too much carbs,sugar or fast/fried food.(I do eat rice but in a low amount I was 61 and today I’m 59kg.

I just have a doubt. There is 7,700 kcal in 1kg of fat, to lose 5kg in 10 days we'd have to to lose 38,500 calories, which means we'd have to lose 3,850 calories in one day, but this workout only burns 171 kcal that is at the left of the screen, which makes it impossible to even lose a kg in a week because of how small the calories burnt are. How is it possible that this can say it can burn 5kg in 10 days if it doesn't burns that much calories?
I lost 5 kg in just 10 days. I was 50 kg now I'm 46 kg. I feel so good about myself. I cut down all the junk food and salt and now it's my 13 day it's getting easy. Thank you sooo much for the bests exercise. It's actually works.

Currently 60 kgs I want to reduce my weight to atleast 50-53 kgs. Day 3: down to 58.7 kg Alhumdulillah :) Day 6: 57.4 kg :) Day 10: 56.8 kg :) I was able to reduce 3.8 kgs through diet control and only doing one and a half set of this workout because it is exhausting. I can see a very clear difference, my jawline is very sharp, I lost 2 inches from my waist from 29 to 27, my hip and thigh fat is also burning and I have a flat tummy. Alhumdulillah.
@@fatimachaudhari7376 I ate only twice a day one breakfast and then dinner I drank around 1 gallon of water everyday and if you take green tea 15 minutes before doing breakfast and after dinner it also helps alot it may not work for alot of people but you should be determined on your goal. Don't lose hope, dedicate yourself.
I was 53 kgs and was happy with my weight but my arms and muscles were going sore so I decided to do this and It totally works I did this workout one time and went directly to 52 kgs and my soreness just disappeared. I totally recommend this to all of you who want to get rid of soreness and weight gain!!

This workout is effective to me. Before workout: 56.9 KG Day 1: 56.6KG Day 2: 56.1 KG Day 3: I will keep updating. My goal is 50kg. Guys, just skip sweet food, milk, fast food and eat only 3 times a day.

So what I did was morning when I woke up just after brushing my teeth I do this exercise and evening I would do at 5:00 pm or u can do 2 hours after eating your lunch... But the perfect timing is morning 7:30 to 8:00 and evening 5:00 to 5:30... And I eat 1 egg every night and rest of the day full veg meal... For 1 month...

For anyone debating to do this I've been doing this for a week now(Day 8) and I now weigh 140lbs which means i've lost 5lbs! Yes it's going to be hard at first but it gets easier TRUST ME you just have to stay motived. Edit: Yesterday was my last day and I weighed myself today to see that I lost 10lbs! Definitely recommend. You can do it😩 Edit 2: I only did this once each day for 10 days and ate cleaner also I did this in the morning when everyone was at work so no one could see me☺

You won't get the best results if you don't follow the diet.. In the weight loss process diet plays a major role of 80% nd exercises 20% Follow proper diet and u'll see accurate results.

I have been doing this exercise for almost 4 months...can't say that I reduced 5kg in 10 days but i got to see significant changes all over my body. It really works and you'll be able to see noticable difference in 1 month or so. Love this excercise.

I just have a doubt. There is 7,700 kcal in 1kg of fat, to lose 5kg in 10 days we'd have to to lose 38,500 calories, which means we'd have to lose 3,850 calories in one day, but this workout only burns 171 kcal that is at the left of the screen, which makes it impossible to even lose a kg in a week because of how small the calories burnt are. How is it possible that this can say it can burn 5kg in 10 days if it doesn't burns that much calories?

I was able to reduce 3.8 kgs through diet control and only doing one and a half set of this workout because it is exhausting. I can see a very clear difference, my jawline is very sharp, I lost 2 inches from my waist from 29 to 27, my hip and thigh fat is also burning and I have a flat tummy. Alhumdulillah.

@@fatimachaudhari7376 I ate only twice a day one breakfast and then dinner I drank around 1 gallon of water everyday and if you take green tea 15 minutes before doing breakfast and after dinner it also helps alot it may not work for alot of people but you should be determined on your goal. Don't lose hope, dedicate yourself.
I was 53 kgs and was happy with my weight but my arms and muscles were going sore so I decided to do this and It totally works I did this workout one time and went directly to 52 kgs and my soreness just disappeared. I totally recommend this to all of you who want to get rid of soreness and weight gain!!

1st: ✅ Tough day, constantly waiting for it to finish, but completed it
2nd: ✅ could do only uptill 20 mins, but did cardio of 30 mins before
3rd: ✅ god!! It was sooo tiring, but finally compeleted, can't do planks properly though😢
4th: ✅ Did it, I guess its easier if done after you wake up in the morning
5th: ✅ felt very energetic rather than tiring
6th: ✅ enjoying it
7th: ✅ did 20 mins zumba first so could last only uptill 20 mins of this😅
8th: ✅ mann those 3 exercises in the mid are🔥🔥... Slow burpees,walk downs and planks😮💨😮💨

Feb 19 : ✔️ did it two times! Weekly weight check in is 46,1kg. Im not the happiest about it but i Just did it today and yesterday so i get it!💪🏻
Feb 20 : ✔️ did it two times agin! In the morning and at Night! I might do this everyday but thrusday cause handballtraining, and might do it two times. Felt good and sweaty! Seeing more toned in my body!

In this 28 Day challenge i have proved myself, i never do 30min workouts and my plank is now at its best with holding it without rlly shaking or anything. I am feeling fit and healthy plus with not eating any Sweets or chips i have founded me eating lots more fruit and vegetables! I Will be having a stricter diet in March since i have my birthday and a school trio for 5 days! I Will not have the diet at that monument but the other days!

So what I did was morning when I woke up just after brushing my teeth I do this exercise and evening I would do at 5:00 pm or u can do 2 hours after eating your lunch... But the perfect timing is morning 7:30 to 8:00 and evening 5:00 to 5:30... And I eat 1 egg every night and rest of the day full veg meal... For 1 month...

For anyone debating to do this I've been doing this for a week now(Day 8) and I now weigh 140lbs which means i've lost 5lbs! Yes it's going to be hard at first but it gets easier TRUST ME you just have to stay motived.
Edit: Yesterday was my last day and I weighed myself today to see that I lost 10lbs! Definitely recommend. You can do it😩
Edit 2: I only did this once each day for 10 days and ate cleaner also I did this in the morning when everyone was at work so no one could see me☺

Ive been doing this for 2 days now and i lost 1kg alredy, i finally decided to take care of my health instead of sitting all day doing nothing, yesterday i completed this workout at 2AM lol, today i went to the pool and lost a bunch of kcals and now i completed day 3, i'm overweight and my weight is my biggest insecurity since my childhood, currently 13 years old and 78-79kg, trying to do my best to lose my fat, thank you roberta!

You won't get the best results if you don't follow the diet.. In the weight loss process diet plays a major role of 80% nd exercises 20%
Follow proper diet and u'll see accurate results.

Today was my first day! I love how the trainer actually considered that most of the people who’d be trying this workout will be beginners and gave the rest times accordingly. LOVED THE WORKOUT💖 Just hope and pray i don’t grow out of it and become lazy again ahaha🤪✌️ In Shaa Allah would be loosing a grande of weights by the end👀
