    Guys this is very effective I have lose 5 kg in mnth and I didn't exercise regularly In fact I do it only 2-3 times in a week nd i didn't even do any diet, but still there was so effective 😄

      Hi, @shrishti3218! looking for a big difference will still depend on your daily routines and diet. Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Some people notice a difference like within a week and some takes about 3-4 weeks for changes to kick in. Everyone's journey to weight loss is unique.     Honestly! ,believe me this workout is a source to chang my life

    I have been doing this exercise for almost 4 months...can't say that I reduced 5kg in 10 days but i got to see significant changes all over my body. It really works and you'll be able to see noticable difference in 1 month or so. Love this excercise.

      In my 4th day I already lost 3 kg just needed to minimize eating too much carbs,sugar or fast/fried food.(I do eat rice but in a low amount I was 61 and today I’m 59kg.

    I did it is relay amassing, great results, i already had Loose before i start it but i did it 12 day with slim leg exercises and 20 min waking, with Diet i lose 5 kg thanks a lot

      I just have a doubt. There is 7,700 kcal in 1kg of fat, to lose 5kg in 10 days we'd have to to lose 38,500 calories, which means we'd have to lose 3,850 calories in one day, but this workout only burns 171 kcal that is at the left of the screen, which makes it impossible to even lose a kg in a week because of how small the calories burnt are. How is it possible that this can say it can burn 5kg in 10 days if it doesn't burns that much calories?

    Currently 60 kgs I want to reduce my weight to atleast 50-53 kgs.
    Day 3: down to 58.7 kg Alhumdulillah :)
    Day 6: 57.4 kg :)
    Day 10: 56.8 kg :)
    I was able to reduce 3.8 kgs through diet control and only doing one and a half set of this workout because it is exhausting. I can see a very clear difference, my jawline is very sharp, I lost 2 inches from my waist from 29 to 27, my hip and thigh fat is also burning and I have a flat tummy. Alhumdulillah.

      @@fatimachaudhari7376 I ate only twice a day one breakfast and then dinner I drank around 1 gallon of water everyday and if you take green tea 15 minutes before doing breakfast and after dinner it also helps alot it may not work for alot of people but you should be determined on your goal. Don't lose hope, dedicate yourself.

    I was 53 kgs and was happy with my weight but my arms and muscles were going sore so I decided to do this and It totally works I did this workout one time and went directly to 52 kgs and my soreness just disappeared. I totally recommend this to all of you who want to get rid of soreness and weight gain!!

    Started from July 4th: 71 kgs🏋️‍♀️🥗
    1st: ✅ Tough day, constantly waiting for it to finish, but completed it
    2nd: ✅ could do only uptill 20 mins, but did cardio of 30 mins before
    3rd: ✅ god!! It was sooo tiring, but finally compeleted, can't do planks properly though😢
    4th: ✅ Did it, I guess its easier if done after you wake up in the morning
    5th: ✅ felt very energetic rather than tiring
    6th: ✅ enjoying it
    7th: ✅ did 20 mins zumba first so could last only uptill 20 mins of this😅
    8th: ✅ mann those 3 exercises in the mid are🔥🔥... Slow burpees,walk downs and planks😮‍💨😮‍💨
    9th: ✅ I'm able to do planks properly now🏆
    10th: ✅ finally completed 😁
    Weight: 69 kgs
    P.S: I can't diet properly guys, I sometimes eat junk food but mostly try to stop myself, yet can't help it fully... Don't know why but I feel irritated sometimes

    Hey yall! I Will be doing this workout for a month, 2-4 times a week with a rest Day, i have handball Trainings 2-3 times a week so im doing this workout the days i dont have Trainings and i Will be having one rest Day a week in there. I rlly do not have a goal about how much i wanna lose but will see how it goes.

    Feb 1 : ✔️ It felt really good and i got a bit sweaty! I am watching a side video to get distracted since its 30 minutes. I did this late since i was Busy so i got some steps since i was at a handball game ( watching )

    Feb 3 : ❌ Handball training
    Feb 4 : ✔️ Felt rlly good and im also going to play a handball game today in 1 and a half hour so im excited. Sleeping over at my grandmas and shes making me a big fruit salad, im so greatful✨😊
    Feb 5 : ✔️ did it two times bc i felt guilty of how much i ate yesterday and today, did this at like 12pm and 8pm, Will be checking onmy weight every week and im 47,4kg atm

    Feb 12 : ✔️ did it two times since i felt motivated, i was supposed to take a rest Day but since i flet motivated i didnt. The weekly check up weight is 46.9kg im not that happy but its alr.
    Feb 13 : ❌ supposed to have handballtraining but i felt sick
    Feb 14 : ❌ Happy valentinsday! I am still sick so took a rest Day.
    Feb 15 : ❌ did not feel motivated so didnt do it
    Feb 16 : ❌ had a handball game and we won 31-10💪🏻, and scored 3 goals.

    Feb 18 : ✔️ yesss! Finally did it agin and feel amazing! Such good workout and im hopefully losing a little bit weight, we Will see that tmrw if i have made progress but i havent done it all week so idk what to think tbh

I Will be having a stricter diet in March since i have my birthday and a school trio for 5 days! I Will not have the diet at that monument but the other days!

So what I did was morning when I woke up just after brushing my teeth I do this exercise and evening I would do at 5:00 pm or u can do 2 hours after eating your lunch... But the perfect timing is morning 7:30 to 8:00 and evening 5:00 to 5:30... And I eat 1 egg every night and rest of the day full veg meal... For 1 month...

    For anyone debating to do this I've been doing this for a week now(Day 8) and I now weigh 140lbs which means i've lost 5lbs! Yes it's going to be hard at first but it gets easier TRUST ME you just have to stay motived.
    Edit: Yesterday was my last day and I weighed myself today to see that I lost 10lbs! Definitely recommend. You can do it😩
    Edit 2: I only did this once each day for 10 days and ate cleaner also I did this in the morning when everyone was at work so no one could see me☺

    I'm going to try this!
    I'll be doing this for 10+ days and monitoring everything!
    I will be also going to the gym for a workout as well, this will be used as a side so I'm not sure how you reader will know if this does really work.

    This is a difficult goal for me, but I will try my best :>

    I love this channel ...
    On 30th March I checked my weight , it was 80.9kgs
    And 6 June I checked my weight , it was 70.2kgs
    It happened only becoz of this channel , nd I m a pcos patient ... It help me to cure my cyst also ..
    Now my target is 65 ...

    I'm starting this workout today with many other workouts (they r in a playlist called workout on my channel if u want to try them) and I'll be updating
    Day 1:done bur didn't lose any weight
    Day 2: I was 38.8 now I'm 38.1 kg
    Day 3: i lost half a kilo
    Day 4: i lost a kilo😌
    Day 5:barely any weight lost
    Day 6: half a kilo lost
    Day 7: skipped it I was exhausted but I didnt eat carbs at all that day
    Keep liking this guys so I can see it and remember to update

    Ive been doing this for 2 days now and i lost 1kg alredy, i finally decided to take care of my health instead of sitting all day doing nothing, yesterday i completed this workout at 2AM lol, today i went to the pool and lost a bunch of kcals and now i completed day 3, i'm overweight and my weight is my biggest insecurity since my childhood, currently 13 years old and 78-79kg, trying to do my best to lose my fat, thank you roberta!

    I RECOMMEND DOING 3X WHATS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, FOR EXAMPLE: 2 SETS OF BURPEES -----> 3 SETS OF BURPEES WITHOUT BREAKS, DO THIS WITH EVERY OTHER EXERCISE AND YOU WILL LOSE ABOUT 2KG

      You won't get the best results if you don't follow the diet.. In the weight loss process diet plays a major role of 80% nd exercises 20%
      Follow proper diet and u'll see accurate results.

    In 2021, I weighed 58 kg and I lost weight to 48 kg in just 2 months, big thank Roberta ❤️❤️ Now, in 2024, my weight is 55 kg. Today, May 28th, I am back to Roberta’s exercise routine again. Hahaha

    Today was my first day! I love how the trainer actually considered that most of the people who’d be trying this workout will be beginners and gave the rest times accordingly. LOVED THE WORKOUT💖 Just hope and pray i don’t grow out of it and become lazy again ahaha🤪✌️ In Shaa Allah would be loosing a grande of weights by the end👀

    I had my exams few days back and during that time i gained around 2-3 kgs
    And im having extreme hair loss and baldness
    So gotta loss some weight. Here's my progress -
