The punishment fits the crime, imo. I'm glad the internet is ruthless on these subjects, there's no excuse engaging with a minor in private. I never watched his streams so it doesn't affect me in any way, but at least it's a warning to anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation.

But using some common sense Twitch has board room full of lawyers u think they will fork over millions $$ and not contact authorities. If there was truly inappropriate messages It would have been too simple for Twitch to get out of doc’s lawsuit and I think by law they are obligated to contact the authorities. Plus I saw the leaked email Asmond was looking at and looked like Twitch ppl wanted him burned. If he is not guilty of this I hope he sues get him some more bread

Dude, I understand you're upset, but it's clear that you only skimmed through his post. I'm pretty sure he clearly stated that nothing illegal was done. Therefore, the cops had no right to randomly investigate a guy for engaging in an awkward conversation with a minor. I think it was an extremely dumb thing for him to do, but I'm also tired of SIMP's lining up to take down another man without evidence, simply to try and impress others. What goes around, comes right back around. Unless you know exactly what was said, you might want to put down that old pitchfork.

There are 16 and 17 yr olds that will roll up on you without you realizing it, you'll find yourself having an awkward conversation real fast. As a man, you have to stay on guard at all times. Yes, he had a convo, the contents of which neither you nor I know of, but apparently it wasn't illegal. I just find it funny that a guy is so quick to condemn a guy over something that can easily happen to ANY attractive, famous, charming guy in a second. Bottomline; stay vigilant and stay away from minors, but don't be a SIMP and do what the opposite sex does and attack men when we don't even know what happened.
