Fereni - Persian Rice Pudding (Custard) - Cooking with Yousef

HI friends, today we are making one of my favorite winter comfort foods from when I was growing up in Iran. It is great during the cold weather months and especially if you are feeling a little unwell.
This takes very few ingredients and time, and it goes especially well with some sweet bread like Armenian Gata.
Ingredients list:
• 1-liter milk
• 7 tablespoon Rice Flower
• 4 Tablespoon Sugar (adjust to your taste)
• 1/3 Teaspoon Cardimon Powder
• 4 Tablespoon Rose Water
• Pistachio (& dried rose buds) for decoration
