Masghati (Persian Dessert) - Cooking with Yousef

Hi friends, today we make a classic Persian dessert called Masghati ( مسقطی ) which has a lovely flavor and texture that I'm sure you will love!

Ingredients List:
1 1/3 Cup Corn Starch (can substitute with wheat)
1 1/3 Cup Sugar
4 Cups of Water
2/3 Cup Cooking Oil
70-80 Grams of Butter
1/3 Cup Rose Water
4-5 Tablespoon Liquid Saffron
1/2 Teaspoon Cardimon Powder
1 Cup slivers of Almonds and Pistachios
