I own a horse farm on a river so a LOT of those miles are in 4x4 in mud and muck and hills. A friend asked me yesterday about how I liked it - she is considering buying either a Ranger or Tacoma - as their 3rd vehicle (needing a truck for going camping , kayaking, etc). I started mentioning a lot of the things you talk about - Ok seats, non refinements, etc. At one point she said, it seems as if it has a lot of bad things...I said actually I think it is the best vehicle I've ever owned - anf the only small truck I would consider. We own Shutzhund German Shepherds - they are not the best at anything, but they are probably in the top 5 of most everything and IMO the best animal on the planet. The Tacoma has a lot of fanboys - who ruffle at any critiques...there is no need to be thin skinned about the Tacoma, it isn't - it is tough as nails. SPOT ON REVIEW!

I just bought one yesterday and it sucks, the ride is super rough on the road. I'm going to take it back and get me a tacoma limited. Maybe much smoother
If you don't truly need the off-road capabilities, I'd go with the Limited (or Chevy Colorado, to be honest...).
@@jax1079 yeah, I really don't do any off road I'm just looking for a smooth highway truck but I do like the tacoma
It's a great truck. I hope the Limited works out better for you! 👍🏻
Lol I love it the ride it’s smooth to me . Idk people have different things they like
Super cool channel . 1 day my channel grow up like this.
Keep grinding and you'll get there. Best of luck and thanks for watching!
Some type of hard work its good for landscaping 😎
This is true!
Ooh, spaghetti-Os...coming mother!!
Haha! 😂🤣
17 mpg average is actually pretty good, for a truck.
True. It's not too bad.
Probably the best taco review ive ever seen love the sense of humor
Thanks so much! And thanks for watching!
If he feels manly in a tacoma imagine how he'd he feel in a tundra
Haha! True, but I’m not a huge fan of the Tundra. Badly needs an update.
@@jax1079 no it doesn't I have one, tried and true v8 and reliable as hell lol
Is that mat in the bed standad in the off roads
I believe so, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Might be a dealer installed option that they just go ahead and put in.
Option.
Great vid!
Thanks!
2020 Automatic needs work
Facts. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻
It’s the best midsize truck period
Depends... The GM twins are more modern with nicer interiors and as many or more features, but for "real" truck use, especially off-road, the Tacoma is superior. Plus it'll last forever.
love the video hahahah
Thanks!
Should I get one?
Yes, check out the Tacoma and the Chevy Colorado and see which one you like better. They’re both very good.
Many reccomend doing a re-gear on newer tacomas. It helps with the bad gear shifts and fuel efficiency. Great video though.
Thanks so much! And, yes, that sounds like a great idea. Good tip! 👍🏻
Best review ever seen
Why thank you. And thanks for watching!
@@jax1079 Just a great review with a killer sense of humor
Love this man 😂😂😂😂
Why thank you! 🙏🏻
I just traded in my Tacoma for a Frontier
Tragic 😐
Hilux will still and always out perform the tacoma.
I’d love to test that battle!
Throwing so much shade at Nissan 😂😂😂😂
