- I apologize for the sound issues. I guess this plugin messes up the audio when I overlapped the music onto the game clips.
Don't ask about the amount of time it took to show the song titles during the credits. I honestly didn't know it was going to take that long to have the words appear.
For the love of Banjo & Kazooie, don't ask me what songs were used. I'll list them here whenever I get the chance. Yes, I realize the songs are in Japanese, so I might put them in the description one day.
Yes, the video is 10+ minutes long so you can listen to the entire song.

In case people wonder, this video shows the following:
Unite Magic of Fire/Rage, Lightning/Thunder, Water/Flowing, Wind/Cyclone & Earth/Mother Earth runes.
Level 3 & 4 spells of Rage, Thunder, Flowing, Cyclone, Mother Earth & Resurrection runes.
All of Black Sword, Bright Shield, Soul Eater, Blink, Darkness, White Saint & Blue Drop runes.
Level 2, 3, & 4 of Blue Gate rune.
And any other runes that I skipped.

1. Want to get both Jowy's in your party? Use Google + Gameshark.
2. How'd I get both animals? Gameshark.
3. This save file can be found on GameFAQs. (The one uploaded by Aether Knight)
4. "OMG Y U CHEETZ!? ****IN CHEETER!" Because I don't feel like playing the game all over again (Nevertheless, it's a great game) in order to make a video. It's easier to just download a save and use that.

Man I just finished this game for the first time, it was so good, they really dont do RPGs this awesome anymore...

I havent played FF games yet cos I was too young at that time and multi cd games are expensive but Man this is still the best RPG game Ive had since past till now. Try Suikoden I too. The effects were ridiculous and funny but the storyline will make you make a pass for it.
I played 3 hoping for the magic to continue. Okay but not Suikoden 2 special. I hoped Suikoden 4 was better (maybe Konami learned their lesson? NOT!!) Suikoden 5 was good but still not quite Suikoden 2 special. I skipped Tactics and Tierkreis was one great big NOPE.
The runes animation surely more better than the Suikoden V imo

Yeah, you have to use a Gameshark/AR in order to get two Jowys.
To get McDohl you need to have previously loaded a Suikoden I save file when you start a new game. Then you can find and recruit McDohl near the end of the game.
Nope, you just need to have a save file at the final save point in Suikoden I (at Greminister, prior to the final battle). I'm 90% sure that it has to be there. And make sure you load that save when asked in the beginning of the game.

It's mainly a coincidence that the save file my friend sent me had two Jowys.

The codes could be found via Google. It's just hacking in both Jowys into your party.

@TelicNotionX np i understand, yeah my friend told about the open gate spell where the ship and demon are combined into one attack, like the ship that comes out of the portal and fires is cannons has the head of the demon the fires a mouth beam from behind the enemy that hits you
isnt it possible 2 combine the Bright Sheid and Black Sword Runes?

the 2 Jowys is a Cheat but it posible to get McDohl
how did you get forgiver sign on save file?
Use the level 4 spells of Fire/Lightning/Water/Wind/Earth with each other. You can also use the level 3 spells of Rage/Thunder/Flowing/Cyclone/Mother Earth, they're the same thing as the level 4 spell of their respective runes.
Fire+Earth
Fire+Lightning
Water+Wind
Water+Lightning
Wind+Earth
I'm pretty sure that's it.
im surprised ur pc didnt explode when doin this lol, thats alot of crazy shit goin on. suikoden II is my favorite so far. havnt played 3 and i cant find 5 anywhere in my area so i gotta order it. ive had a level 4 bright shield rune but i never used it. i totally forgot, i really dont use my runes much cuz my characters where like level 80 and shit so i never needed them :p but lookin at it, makes me think im missin out on some kickass action..im playin 2 as i type this lol. nice vid ^.^

wow, half of these summonings i've never seen before, and i have played this game quite a few times...
Go find a .gme to .mcr converter. (Google helps.)
Convert the .gme file to a .mcr and direct your emulator to read that .mcr file.
I use ePSXe and it worked fine.
I guess so. Until the game forces you to remove all your characters from your party.
I don't know anything about Gamesharks. Go google it up.

I remember unlocking Storm Fang on Luc for the first time. I was so hyped in the thought of unlocking some secret mechanic. I love this game so much.
finally i get to see the full power of the shield rune,i never did get all 108 chars,so its nice to finally see that skill,thnx Unfortunately..this is where the real suikoden ends,the ones that came after,were crap.

Actually, gaining all 108 Stars Before you attack Matilda.. in other words, before the Death of Nanami. You can't gain it anymore after you attack Matilda even if you Just gain all of them.
I got it to work finally, its sorta over rated but kinda cool at the same time. I use ps7 v0.19, it works great for people like me who have no clue about other emulators
You get Forgiver Sign if you get all 108 characters before Rockaxe Event. Although, when you recruit the non SoD Tir McDohl, you can see it before the actual event when you fight the Giant Moth.
emulators for the first time tend to take forever to work, thats just something that takes a little time, even visualboy advance took a while to figure out

Suikoden 2 had the best rune animation in the entire series. Sad they don't look as good on the ps3 games. You would think they would have made them a lot better on 3, 4 and 5. Not going include tactics in this since it is a SRPG. Never expect much of their graphics. lol

Either have a completed Suikoden 1 save file, or use Gameshark, and when you get to Banner Village you'll be able to do a sidequest where he joins you until that sidequest is finished, then you can go to Gregminster and recruit him, but if you remove him from your active party, you'll have to go back to Gregminster every time you want him.

It was the Lvl 4 spell, Guardian Earth, from the Mother Earth Rune.
Hey if the runes run out of items like when I run out of Angry Blow from the Lighting Rune when will it refill?

They are Jowy Ateirdes and King Jowy Blight, they are two different characters (according to the game system)

If only I could find this and 1...i've got 4 and 5 but when i try to find the others it's near impossible...the ones you do find are 900 or more....guess i'll never be able to play it sigh...

Rune of darkness and Soul eater has the same references of darkness power

Well, Suikoden III wasn't that bad of a game, I enjoyed all 150 hours that I spent on it. =D
Suikoden IV, I admit, wasn't that great. It wasn't trash, but it had the worse MC I've ever seen. Snowe was cool though, I wouldn't have minded if he was the MC.
Suikoden V was fantastic. I loved it as much as I and II. At least that game sparked a return in the series, since the downfall of IV. (I mean c'mon, the sailing sequences in IV were boring as ****)
