Your informative videos were instrumental in preparing me for the interview, equipping me with the necessary knowledge and confidence. I am truly grateful for your dedication and expertise, which significantly impacted this positive outcome. Hi Ben. Thank you for all the tips you shared in your videos. I got my F1 visa approved today in one minute and it was my first interview.
Thank you so much Argo Visa. I recently got my visa issued. I watched most of your videos and listened to the tips and tricks. My interview was just like a chit chat conversation and went smooth even though there were some miscommunication.
Many cross questions were asked about my sister who is working there and they also asked my father's business details. I was fully prepared and didn't let myself be nervous at the interview.
I would like to appreciate Argo Visa for helping people out. There's so much more I want to say but I can't thank enough.
Thank you so much for the feedback!! Congrats! We appreciate your support.
Why u have been denied, what needs to be answered in ds 160? What have u answered
@@yatishkolli3578 I haven’t been denied.
About your sister, what specifically did they ask and was your sister your sponsor
@@TaiyeLolu-e1wThey asked pretty much everything about my history like her history and current life. They asked about her school and how she came to the US. Where she studied in US and what she studied. Then asked about her workplace and living.
About sponsor, it’s half and half. Half cash was given by my parents. Then after reaching there, I used my sister’s card.
Congratulations I approved your visa

Thank you so much Ben. I watched some of your videos and I got my B1 VISA approved. You specifically mentioned how to answer one question which was “ what has changed after your first VISA denial in 2019?” I answered it in exactly same way you told.

Kudos Ben, absolutely wonderful. You are God sent for the applicants.
Ironically a lot people always say don’t give to much information at a visa interview because this will lead to the visa offer asking you more questions. But I love the fact that you as a former visa officer is saying be more active in the interview.
I guess the question I want to ask is, is there a scenario where giving to much information is detrimental to your interview?
Giving unrelated information that complicates your narrative is not a good idea. It's a balance. You have to give enough information, but not too much
@@ArgoSocial xx
@@princekfarms4242 so how did it go?
@@ArgoSocial Can I give you some questions?
@@ArgoSocial Hello there. I have a question. I've been denied on J1 visa, and I'm trying again. The question is, they will have the reason of denial on the computer, let's say if I will have the interview with the other consular officer?
Hi Ben, although I am a U.S citizen now but I really enjoy watching your channel, very informative great work
Hiii
Hi
I feel US visa interview process is inconsistent and based on the mood/bias of the visa officer (they are humans after all). There are times people who should have gotten the visa never did (and vice versa). That's one of the small reasons why people from 150+ countries all over the world are willing to pay cartels who literally own the southern border to get them across. Current open border policy is much more guaranteed. Without immigration reform including the whole process of getting visas, the status quo won't change.
True
I do agree with you.
It really is.
I agree 👍👍👍 to go us Visa america
Yes, it's too subjective. However, I feel that if it were otherwise, it would be too technical as well.
If you are a regular passenger we designate it faster than you can imagine. The main reason we are making these inspections are not regular passengers(can't load information). And we catch the selectees 95% of the time. So you're just on a trip with valid documents, be simple and collected and itl take 30 seconds :))
I will recommend your channel to everyone I know. I was able to get my Visa approved. I started watching your videos just few days before my interview and the tips were very helpful. Thank u so much for your work.

Hello, sorry, I was going to ask a question?
I have 3 and a half months left for my visa to expire and now I want to renew it, but my passport expires in April 2025 and if you give me this passport, will the visa be valid when the passport expires?
I'm very sorry if you let me know
Hi Ben, I have one question to ask, but first, I want to acknowledge the effort you put into giving us a context on what goes inside a visa officers head when doing an interview; the question is how do we determine the exact reason we were rejected besides the common information provided on the blue paper they pass you post the interview?
Thank you! Unfortunately, that is something that is very hard to figure out. Many people think its based off of what the last question is, but that's not necessarily the case. What it really comes down to is if the Visa Officer thinks you qualify for the visa and will use it appropriately.
That's where Argo comes in. Since we have made thousands of decisions on visa applicants, we can give you the best assessment on what caused your refusal. IT really is a personal case-by-case situation that's really difficult to determine on your own.
please make video for DV VISA interview
Very useful facts thank you
Por favor cual es el costo de la asesoría ?, muchas gracias
It really sounds like how you give a job interview.
Hello Sir .Does fee matter in f1 visa approval..
well yea a successful person has no problem providing as much information as possible. In your scenario the person's father owns their own business and several rental properties - that's easy & confident to explain. What if your mother is the person selling eggs on the street in your other example? That will make a visa officer think very differently of you vs the other example, so people would not want to explain as much what their mother does.
I filled a wrong information on my ds-160 and l have been denied before.
How can l correct it prior to my next interview.
If your information is inconsistent from one application to the next, you better have a rock solid explanation for why that is the case. Contact us to get a consultation, so you’ll be prepared.
Tank you sir.I'm from bangladesh.
I am a citizen of Russia and I was refused a F-1 visa (and F-2 for dependents) after Visa Officer asked in which countries I’ve been, and I mentioned Iran. Officer interrupted me immediately, asked “what did you do in Iran?” almost with fear in his voice. I said frankly that it was a business trip and I represented a company I work for in a deal of selling one of my boss’s businesses (I am a lawyer specialising in International law). After that we got a refusal for 214 (b) reason. I am applying again as this Master program is really important to me and something what I have been preparing myself for a very long time.
Do I have a chance to get F-1 visa or the fact that I have been to Iran 4 years ago is like a curse now?
sorry dear just
what happened? did it work out?
The fact that you are a citizen of the sanctioned country and you have been to another sanctioned state really jeopardized your chances. I am truly sorry tho. Good luck!
thank you

Hello ben!
I would like to know if the officers of the US embassy call the university where you studied to actually check if you studied because for me it is a special case and the university that I studied has closed .
Hi,
My J1 visa isn’t eligible for the interview wavier program and has been refused. I’ve recently gotten an email saying that I’m meant to have an in person visa interview, but I’m starting to get stressed as I’m meant to be flying out to America on the 10th August for my study year abroad. I don’t know how to prep for this interview or what exactly they need from me.
Thank you for great teaches us 🙏
Hi there, my visa interview is in July. I live in New Zealand . I’m a early childhood teacher. I’ve applied for a tourist visa. Any tips before I appear for my interview
Does the visa officer know the applicant information ?
like if the applicant got arrested in the past but didn't put the court report and said selected that he hadn't been arrested before on the Ds-260 form. Would the officer know that the person was arrested before ?
Once again, this shows how culturally biased the US immigration system is. They could ask more direct questions if they wanted to know that. It shows cultural insensitivity to people of less confrontational orientations. On top of that, the example of how to answer is directed toward a person's financial means. It's assuming the interviewee should be able to read between the lines about what the interviewer is asking. This is biased against those who think more concretely or who are less socially adept. It's more apparent the immigration system is about turning people away than trying to understand whether someone is a liability to society. An intelligent sociopath could answer those questions only to come for some terrorist plot!
Visa applications are another source of income to the US government. For instance 200 applicants x $160 that's about $320,000 on average per day.
Super wonderful video
@@musasizigodfreydixion6231 32,000$ my brother not 320,000
If they ask the same question about our parents jobs or properties, do we have to provide the prove as well?
Not unless they ask you to provide the proof which would be rare. If your parent’s bank statement looks good you don’t need the property papers but if their savings and/or income is low you might consider keeping a CA provided letter
can you speak and tell us about the interview of cr1 marriage visa and how we answer the question and know that their is big deferent on age
hi ben,I applied for h1b in 2021, but I got 221g due (the sponsor address was not given appropriately on i1797c, the sponsor gave the lawyer's address instead of the sponsor's address), trying f1 visa(student in 2024), so in interview time, what kind of questions will arise?
My interview lasted less than a minute or 2 (max), got 2, 3 questions, I gave directl, brief, in context responses, and was told I was approved. The odd thing is someone had checked ceac, and it appeared I was approved a day or 2 before my interview. It was my 1st ever US visit and on a B1/B2 visa. Can you explain how that could have happened? And is that something lots of people experience as well? Thanks
does it mean they approval already before the interview? I thought they approval after being interviewed

Thank you so much Ben for such an insightful lessons, please I'm planning on applying on an M1 Visa and I will be sponsored by an NGO (Church) over there in the US.. I want to know if the embassy would require for an account statement of organization??
This is a delicate situation being sponsored by a US organization is not always helpful for getting the visa.
