Hey, I watched your videos for all the dos and don't and got my visa approved in first go. Thanks a lot. The interview was pretty straightforward. 1. Purpose: Explained him the reason of my Travel/event in few lines. 2. She asked what I do: Told her about my company, what they do, what i do (asked me to show employee contract) 3. My work contract was expiring in few months, she asked if i have renewal contract: Be real. Don't lie. Since I don't have renewal I told her straightforward. 4. Any family members in US: No, my families are in home country only. I have never been to USA 5. How will I fund my trip: Told her I have 10k Euros in bank (showed the statement. she didn't look). 6. Interviewer ask a cross question about event to check if I am faking the event or not. I answered with a smile, since I really wanted to attend the event. Just be authentic. Show passion for your event/holiday/trip. Don't lie. Talk to them like you explain someone about your life.

Some people advise to just answer straightforward. That's what I did and I got refused. You are telling us now that we can elaborate more when asked. Is it really okay?
I’m happy to always listen to you but I just got my visa denied because the consulate just didn’t want to listen to me and accused me of trying to get to the US by fraud when I had been there as a student for 4 years and came back to my home country.
We are sorry to hear about that. We do our best to provide the best general advice for free on our UA-cam channel, but as we say, the personalized tailored work with a Former Consular Officer on our team is the best way to really optimize your chances. Good luck on your next attempt!

I am currently on my H1B and my workplace is working on my Green card (EB2). My parents' B2 visa got rejected recently. They for sure didn't present themselves well. Since the first refusal about 3 weeks ago my boyfriend who is an American has mentioned that he would like to get my parents permission and get engaged when my parents come here. Would mentioning something like an engagement in my parents' next interview be okay or do you think it would back fire on us? (assuming my parents will do everything else right in presenting themselves and communicating their intent to return to home country). I would really like to know your opinion on that. Thanks 😊
It depends… and we know that answer isn’t ideal, it’s very difficult to give good visa advice without knowing a lot more about the situation, including your parents visa history, financial situation, other family situation, your personal situation in the U.S., the country, plans of travel, and more! There are so many factors that can play into the decision, so if you would like to get some more personal advice on the situation, we recommend you book a consultation on our website www.argovisa.com

Hey sir i have question, my dad want to get vacation and visit family for short time but how to convince visa officer and never been on interview before please thanks
Dear Argo, my B2 visa has been refused before two months back which i have attended with my family including two kids. Officer asked me couples of questions and we replied all the question honestly. At last he asked me how much saving you have and i said that i have saving of USD 6500 and he was like at last refused my visa and said this amount isnt enought for your trip with family to visit expensive city like las vegas, hollywood and new york. Also he told me that next time when you apply tell this to your visa officer that my last visa denial bcz my budget wasn't enough for trip. So after two months i apply again and my interview will be after 1 week. This time i increase my budget from my salary and amount which is save for trip is USD 10000 and my kids will remain in my home country. Is it ok to re apply again after the gap of two months. ?

@smuntaha9395 they didn't tell me the reason but after seeing so many videos in UA-cam and considering other visa experience,I think the DECISION was Made when she asked me Where do you Live ? And I said ( City Name ) She stopped for a second, like she wanted me to say more but I couldn't recognise at that time and after that she said asked one more question and refused. The whole point comes to Home ties , Make sure to give answer indirectly which relates to Home ties Good Luck

Hi there, I am a Bangladeshi citizen going to Australia this upcoming May, 2023 with a tourist visa to meet my brother. In the meantime, I made an appointment with US consulate, Sydney for B1/B2 visa application. In my passport, I already got visa twice from the same consulate including my family (my wife with two kids). This time I am applying for myself only. In addition, with my last tourist visa I stayed more than 5 and half months (few days less than six months). Are they going to be any ISSUE ?? What would be the best possible answersto present my situation to convince the visa officer?? Furthermore, in my native country to apply for B1/B2 visa - application waiting time is more than a year. I really appreciate your valuable advice. Thanks.

Ask about purpose or home ties in B1 visa.
Some people advise to just answer straightforward. That's what I did and I got refused. You are telling us now that we can elaborate more when asked. Is it really okay?
Is it OK to compliment the visa officer, or show empathy for the work load they are having before they start asking your questions?
Having a full time job as a chef in home country. So what will be the chance for travel visa for such candidate?
I’m happy to always listen to you but I just got my visa denied because the consulate just didn’t want to listen to me and accused me of trying to get to the US by fraud when I had been there as a student for 4 years and came back to my home country.
We are sorry to hear about that. We do our best to provide the best general advice for free on our UA-cam channel, but as we say, the personalized tailored work with a Former Consular Officer on our team is the best way to really optimize your chances. Good luck on your next attempt!

When it comes to criminal convictions, and declaring this on my B1/B2 application. Do I need to go into detail on my conviction, or could I get away with saying. Arrested on June 1994, for breach of the peace, plead guilty and fined £500, this was my only conviction and run in with the police
Hello guys , my daughter ( 15 years old ) will have her b1b2 interview in june 2023 in cameroon . I've watched bunch of your videos and i really appreciate all your advices .

What can be her highlights ( because she is not married , no kids , no house property ans it will be her first time traveling)
Please can you do a topic about it on a video ? Because we dont really talk a lot about how things go for minor and i have a bunch of questions

WHAT SHOLD I SAY IF THE OFFICER ASK IF I HAVE BEEN aboard before
Have you been to abroad before???? If yes, say yes, if no say no because if you’ve traveled before you have visa in your passport and the officer will ask for your passport and go through during the interview, so don’t lie in your interview

@smuntaha9395 they didn't tell me the reason but after seeing so many videos in UA-cam and considering other visa experience,I think the DECISION was Made when she asked me
Where do you Live ?
And I said ( City Name )
She stopped for a second, like she wanted me to say more but I couldn't recognise at that time and after that she said asked one more question and refused.
The whole point comes to Home ties , Make sure to give answer indirectly which relates to Home ties
Good Luck

Thanks.
