My F1 visa was denied on Wednesday. The visa officer asked me four questions: 1. What is my purpose for going to the US? 2. Who is my sponsor? 3. What do I do in my home country? 4. Have I ever travelled before? I truly answer all these questions with confidence, but I was still denied. My denier letter was on the canter before I was even interviewed because just after the denied my visa, he just took it from the canter with my passport and gave it to me. When I asked him why he refused me, he didn't answer me and quickly rushed off.

Hello Ben, My family & I are applying for non-immigrant visas. I filled up the application last August 2023 and my children's passports were still valid for at least 6 months at the time. When I scheduled the interview, the earliest available date we could get that would not conflict their school days is March 8. Their passports would be expiring within 6 months by the time of the interview. Is it advisable to renew their passports before the interview? Or should we just present their expiring passports during the interview? My concern is that the expiring passport numbers are linked to their application/visa receipts & it might not be permissible to use the new passport numbers for their applications. Hope to get some clarifications on this soon. Much thanks.

People who lie often get their visas approved, while those who are genuine and innocent get refused. Today, I had an interview in Sydney, Australia. The visa officer at Window 2 looked older and spoke in such a low voice that I couldn’t hear him properly. I politely asked him to repeat the question, but he showed frustration and said he wouldn’t repeat it. Then, he refused my visa. I paid for this interview, and in just 15 seconds, he destroyed my career.

After 4 previous US visa refusals, I finally got my B1 visa approved on May 30, 2024. Thank you for the excellent work you are doing! YOU ARE INDEED A BLESSING TO THIS GENERATION👏👏👏👏👏👏🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
Congrats to you. My own interview is in June. Any tips please?
Adhere to Argo Visa instructions. My 1st question was. You have been refused Visa for 4 times. What has changed in ur situation? The interviewer didnt look at my face nor asked me for my document but was just concentrating on her computer and asking me questions based on my home ties and prospects @@Iimmaculate1166

Last year my visa for renewal was rejected & I was required to wait for interview at later date in Feb 24,whereas my wife ,s visa granted immediately. Since both us are above 70 years old & I am not in position to travel alone to US , because of health issues. The Visa authority doesn't seem to understand our problem and we don't have anyb intention to stay in US permanently.

Hello sir I'm shakakanu from Sierra Leone applying for a F-1 Visa but currently there is no available date and there is no emergency date within December and my course will start January 2024
we have every reason to be approved and we will include our relationship to the US Ambassador who will complain to about any refusal for no reason
Hello . May I just ask, my appointment is on May 13,2024 and may estimate date of visiting US is on Christmas. Is it too early for me to get an interview appointment that might led me to fail the interview?? ty for answers
This videos got some really good advices but it all depends on the visa officer don’t matter what kind of documents u present or ur confidence if he’s not in the mood he’ll deny u
That’s what we can really work on during a consultation. The mock interviews and personalized insights will get you ready for any officer or situation
@ArgoSocial most people say it's mood tho it has to be to some pedigree
Im going to have an interview now and I’m watching this video
Good luck
How did it go?
My USA Visa is expired but my SA passport is still valid now I want to renew my B2 Visa never overstay
Approved?
PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION: if the office is giving a 5-10 year visa, they are only asking about the first visit to the U.S.!!! Why not interviewing about how do they plan to use their 10 year visa? because that’s the real question!

Please if the total expenses of my tuition fee equals the total amount of family funds does it have a negative effect on the chances of getting the visa approved??
Hello, sir. My father travels to the United States, one year ago, through my sister who is a US citizen. My father also got a green card over there and had also applied for me, but tragically, my father died in the United States. So, my document is still being processed.
But now I'd like to apply for a student visa (master's degree). Can I apply for a student visa, or would there be an issue with my previous documents?

Thanks for the support!
So I have a few questions:
1- If you have a Graduate Assistantship for 4 years of your PhD program, do you still need to provide a personal or sponsor's bank statement to show sufficient funds?
2- If you've made an entry for the US DV Lottery , can the visao officer see this on the system and will this consitute immigrant intent?
3 - If you've been denied a Canadian study permit, is there a way that the US visa officer can see this and will it also affect your F-1 visa application?
Hi urgently need help with filling out my
DS-160 form for F-1 Study Visa. I don't have immediate relatives in US, my mother holds a green card, though she doesn't lives there.
My maternal uncle lives in the USA, but we haven't been in contact for years I don't know much about him. Should I mention him in the DS-160, or is it better to skip this information to avoid unnecessary red flags on my form?
Please help asap
Hi . Thanks for your good video and information.
I have a question. I received ESL admission and the i20 letter came and I got a visa appointment . I entered in the ds160 form , my national service , the Army .
As you know in Iran , national service for 2 years is mandatory in IRGC ( in banned list of USA) but I was a primary school teacher in those 2 years . 8 years ago .
Do you think I should edit and write the truth in that form ds160 ? Do I have any chance of getting a visa? Is it possible to edit ds160 at all ? Please guide me.
Thank you and thank you

My husband's F2 visa was rejected under 214(b), and now we are trying for the second time. This time, my husband wants to do the interview in his native language (Tamil). Therefore, can we schedule the appointment in his native language and answer their questions in his native language? Does this affect his chances of getting his visa approved?

Does visa officer know refusals from canada or other country in interview?
Hi everyone,
I am a silent reader here. I applied for the B1 B2 visa last year and got refused.
Profile
Female Nurse
33 years, married, one girl child
Husband and me nurses, Husband in Dubai and I am in Europe. This was my profile.
I booked the slot again and my interview on this month.
Now I am working as a carer. Not a nurse. The all other details are same. So how can I present my profile and how can I convince the officer to get my visa.
Thank you in advance and please help me. I am so tensed.
We are sorry to hear about your refusal and experienced. In order to really help you, we would need to talk with you during a consultation so that we can analyze your entire case context, plans, past history, and presentation. We recommend you book a consultation on our website at www.argovisa.com.
Hi.!
I had applied for f1 visa dropbox but unfortunately my passport has been returned to me and they ask to schedule an appointment for follow-up in-person interview.
Now, I can’t see any slots till next October (2024) but my program starts in Jan 2024.
Should I wait for minor slots opening or request a expedite appointment?
My case is open in Toronto, Canada
Any suggestions?

I got my visa rejected twice 5 month ago, I didn't have scholaeship before, I've changed the university, I got admission, a scholarship and got nominated for assistantship job, my fiance is a big bussinessman and he will fund my studies can I get it or just don't try again?
People who lie often get their visas approved, while those who are genuine and innocent get refused. Today, I had an interview in Sydney, Australia. The visa officer at Window 2 looked older and spoke in such a low voice that I couldn’t hear him properly. I politely asked him to repeat the question, but he showed frustration and said he wouldn’t repeat it. Then, he refused my visa. I paid for this interview, and in just 15 seconds, he destroyed my career.
Thank you very much.
How can I have a consultation with you? And one more question, Can you give me some advice about my Canada visa- because I was rejected once-

Greetings from Cape Town, Ben. So I have a quick question: I've been granted a graduate teaching assistantship (GTA) which waives my tuition fees, pays my medical insurance as well as a monthly stipend of $2,500. Am I still required to provide a bank statement to prove sufficient funds or is the graduate assistantship sufficient for this since it is full funding from the university and will be paid out monthly for the entire 4 years of my PhD program? Please clarify.

By law yes but it is suspecting why would you do that the immigration upon entry for sure will ask you throgouh details why would you do it?
I want to ask Has the visa officer already decided that the visa approved or denied interview only for know interviewer speak according to ds form ?
No. But, you should know that the Officer assumes you have immigrant intent (during a Non-immigrant visa) and as an applicant you must overcome it. We can help you with this during a consultation!
