And the information I provided in DS 260 form is absolutely correct. I am a student, I have not done any criminal or illegal activities , But they kept me under investigation and did not ask for any additional documents. The visa officer wanted to verify my documents . sir what will be my chances, I am frustrated that I have to get admissions done for further study . I am yet to take any decision on whether to study further. After 9 days, 2/3 more people were also interviewed and they were also asked the same question as me and everyone's visa would be issued within 21 days. The Officer will put notes in the system that are permanent. You need to go in with a strong plan for your next interview.

My b1b2 visa got expired last year. I have f1 valid but my studies are iver. Right now I am trying to schedule visa appointment fo b1b2 drop box. For interview waiver question should i say yes that i am applying for the same visa category or i need to say no and appear for visa interview. I wrote the query to us embassy but no response.
