Arya Stark: "My father is Hand of the King. I'm not a boy, I'm Arya Stark of Winterfell. And if you lay a hand on me, my father will have both your heads on spikes. Now, are you going to let me by, or do I have to smack you on the ear to help with your hearing?" - Розваги
I feel like the watchmen at the end there are like "Only a lordling could be this annoying. We should probably just let her through."
lol, Princess and the Pea moment.
I just wanted to comment that this is a great analogy because it seems to have gone by unappreciated.
Guy probably only gets paid 5 gold dragons a day to keep the beggers on. Probably not worth the trouble.
I hear it's 15 gold dragons these days
Those are the two Guards Gendry kills on season 7
Clips like this make me want to rewatch the series...
...but then I remember the ending, and the feeling passes.
The end is the best part.
Ending shouldn’t negate the masterclass that is seasons 1-4. Mass Effects ending was atrocious but everything up until the end is amazing, so it’s still worth enjoying. I do the same thing with GoT lol. I simply count everything that wrapped up as unofficial and patiently await the books to finish the actual plot.
@@GrippeeTV The ending is much better than seasons 3 and 4. Most of this show is just spinning it's wheels and killing time with side plots that go nowhere. The last two seasons are important all the way through.
@@captainjefferies9047 obviously greatly different opinions - the last 2 seasons were borderline unbearable to me. Tons of plot holes, inconsistencies, backtracking with character development that doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, characters acting uncharacteristically, unsatisfying character and subplot resolutions, list goes on and on. But, I’m glad you were able to enjoy it!
@@GrippeeTV If they were "borderline unbearable" you wouldn't have watched them. If there are any plot holes no one has come up with any I ever heard about. The character development makes perfect sense if you paid attention to the story.
"unsatisfying character and subplot resolutions"
Well welcome to GoT. It's not like the first 5 seasons had satisfying character and subplot resolutions. You get more of that in the last two seasons than anywhere else.
now, if you two don't mind, i'm going to bed. before either of you come up with another clever idea to get us killed. or worse... expelled.
YES! The delivery is precisely the same. Good ear.
Toni Diane Bellen the parallels between Arya and Hermoine hahaha
Toni Diane Bellen Guard who wants to fuck the Queen: She needs to get her priorities in order.
IT'S LEVI OH SA, NOT LEVIO SAH!
Toni Bellen lmao I love that it’s Emma’s birthday today and I see this comment
"well shit, what now frank?" "Don't look at me you threatened the Hand's family"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
"All I know is there is two choices when you ticket the King's Hand off. Option one is if you like the cold, they still need people to stand guard in Eastwatch. If you like it hot, there are still a stone or two at the Tower of Joy that still need guarding. "
HHAHAHAHAHAHA LOL
“Frank I don’t care about the Hand, we just angered a Karen!”
Guards: "Do you want a smack on your ear to help you with your hearing?"
Arya: "U FUKIN WOT M8???"
+Kazi they both did dumbass
u better watch it again.
How would a smack on the rear help with her hearing ?
Dumb
Lady Moremont would be proud.
Mormont you pleb
She might be Lyanna Mormont's inspiration
Funny, in this scene she sounds like Moremont.
that whiny lil b*tch. she's just like Sansa
I love arya she's a tough little thing lol
She's the toughest character in the story. Seriously, it's like she's not afraid of anything.
Colin MacKinnon Like EDDARD? '
Thomas Clarke I'm not sure I'd compare her to Ned. He was brave sure but he valued human life (no matter how corrupt that life was) while Arya is more about dishing out death. Anyway I know a lot of people say Ned was an idiot but him deciding not to play the Game of Thrones (I repeat, NOT to play the Game of Thrones) despite the fate he was given was actually the right way to go. I've almost finished all the books and from what I've read anyone playing the game sooner or later faces terrible consequences (eg. captivity, betrayal, torture, death, etc...). If everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) just lived honorably, maybe things would be better. But instead we just wait to see who GRRM is gonna kill off next. Oh well... :)
Well said
Arya isnt fearless but shes brave and mature for her age definetly one of my favorite characters.
That's the way a little lady speaks to low-borns! Reminds me of the way Catelyn told Stannis and Renly that she would knock their heads together if she was their mother. XD
Should this be a good thing? Low born have been pissed on for the long in westeros, but that guard deserved it after speaking like that to anyone.
dorsal 2008 you are a lowborn too.
Alpacino 123456 I'm a highborn lol. I'm the warden of my room.
aye, and i am the king of my room, first of my name, protector of the fridge, and food
kaashaan hussain 👏👏👏
Arya and Tyrion are my favorite characters.
Lame.
What about the hound
Drunk Sloppy They would certainly make a good traveling partnership. Arya's better with sword and sucks at talking, Tyrion's better at talking but sucks with a sword.
They’re about the same height
Hot Pie is my favorite 🥰
"getting pissed on by his friends" such an unnecessary detail.
rather specific, he seems to have some experience in that field.
Such an unnecessary image...
Better to be pissed off than pissed on
back when the show was good...
even if the kids dad is that worthless, why rub it in? 😂
Arya and the Hound were the best part of the show. Loved them both.
I like them the first 4 seasons …..after that …..meh
NO, NO, NO. You know nothing, Beano. The very best actor was Ghost, the white direwolf. Then Arya, then Bronn, then the Hound, then Tyrion.
She's adorable
But beneath all that...
Lyanna Mormont: **Curtly nods in respect**
Stannis: **Curtly nods in respect**
Sometimes I think about what it would've been like if Joffrey and Sansa didn't exist, and Tommen and Arya were the ones who were supposed to get married. They'd go chasing cats together and Arya would just make snarky comments to Cersei all the time. It'd be a great sitcom.
I don't think Tommen had temperment to chase cats. He might be better with Sansa.
Tomboy Norf GF
the word that springs to mind is - OWNED!
lol so cute and badass at the same time
would of been funny if the guard said "away with you vile beggar!"
Mount and blade XD
HAHAHA! SO TRUE!
that's a noice head on yer shoulders
"We are but poor farmers Milord ..."
IT'S ALMOST HARVESTING SEASON
It's amazing to see Masie grow over the years...both as an actress and as a young lady.
Still unattractive
savage
she doesnt want to be a lady
Atlas24gh She wants to be the hunchback of notre dame
bro, it doesn't look like she has grown at all. she looks like she is 14 😂
This might be my favorite scene in the show. She's such a spitfire!
Season?
I love all the “boss energy” “girl power” comments. She grew up in privilege, power, and wealth. She’s the daughter of the second-most powerful man on the continent. Servants have been catering to her and kissing her ass her entire life. It doesn’t take that much spunk for royalty to talk down to the help, no matter her age.
he's pretty much the most powerful man in the continent. Technically Robert beats him out but Robert doesn't do shit with his power, Ned does everything for him.
Hah! DOWN with "Girl Power!!!!"
@@jonothandoeser nice of you to be the basic binary idiot that "spark maker"s comment was alluding to
@Martial Matters At this point Tywin isn't more powerful than Ned or Robert because he has limited influence on the crown, and is all the way at Casterly Rock so it is difficult for him to affect legislation.
You're a moral cannibal.
It's funny when people call her a boy, since she's so obviously a girl.
True, even the hound how recognized her when they first bumped into each other
+Antonio Coburn "Even" the Hound? The Hound knew who she was. There's a huge difference between seeing through the cross-gender disguise of a stranger and that of someone you know.
Why is she obviously a girl? Lots of boys have long hair during that time, she's wearing boy cloths and at that age boys voices aren't deep either... quite understandable that they think she's a boy...
(I always wonder why everyone seems to realize that Brienne is a woman even before she speaks... she looks a lot more masculine than a lot of the guys... well... )
and then when she cut her hair to look like a boy, everybody called her a girl hahahah
But she walk like a boy
6 yrs later, Guards still piss Arya off
And 6 years later A girl still has a sharp tongue.
Like a boss!
Lmao the way they both just turn to look at each other is funny
Yeah, that's the "wait, we've got a superior officer, let's make it his problem!" look.
Back when King's landing had dirty streets with poor people.
Back when it didn't look like a freaking desert.
Back when it wasn't a giant stake.
Back when it had intact houses
back when there was good writing
Even at that tender age, she's still a Boss!!!!
One of the guards disliked the video
more like security guards disliked
Did she add them to the pie as well XD
So Arya was a badass since day 1. I like that!
Never changed after 6 years 😂
0:42 for some reason, that slight head nod to his buddy, as well as his buddy's broad smile makes me think there's a story behind that lol XD
Get rekt XD
she kind of reminds me of Hermione from the early Harry Potter movies here, hahaha
Yeah, me too, I just had a Hermione flashback.... ahahha
really? I can't see her acting like that in the 1st few movies
Ha she wishes!
Suffer In Silence Early hermoine was insufferable and annoying. She was nothing like arya
Aryas main talent lies with dealing with gate guards
«main talent» sounds way too strong, it’s just her little thing
How the Starks family balled up and got in her I can't explain but she represents them all very well.
It's even funnier when it immediately cuts to Arya in Ned's office, being scolded for disappearing. Her tirade worked 😂
A star is born.
Surprised she didn't teleport and killed everyone in sight instantly.
who here came to watch it again after arya returns winterfell
Who else is here after that similar scene in S7E04?
My favorite characters in no particular order : Arya, Tyrion, Syrio(water dancer), and Jaqen(faceless man). They're all so great !
This is absolutely class
This is why we love her.
that quality is better than my whole life
The reason they knew she is noble family is the words. They spoke differently.
They're actually afraid of her Father rather than her. If she was a common peasant, she'd be picking up pieces of her face from the ground.
Obviously they are not afraid of her. They don't want to piss off Eddard Stark.
thanks for pointing out the obvious. But a girl backed by a more powerful man is just as fearsome, so by extension, she is fearsome to them. A fears B, B fears C, C likes A. therefore, B fears A.
Ok kami Idiot... exactly what Chris said, A fears B, B fears C, C likes A. therefore, B fears A
Diamondminr0113 Oh that's primatology right there.
so what does A B C equal exactly???
The gates of King's Landing sure changed a lot.
best character in the whole series!
i have been bamboozled by your high quality thumbnail and 240p video
the expression is priceless!!!
I love Arya Stark !!!
and 7 seasons more, she still experiences it ,at her own home.
LOL you go girl !!!
Arya was awesome, she was always awesome, right up until the 8th season.
These guards went full Skyrim's guard.
She got stopped by 2 guards again in tonight's episode back at Winterfell. 😄
So much win! Love Arya Stark!
She went full circle when the 2 guards would not let her into Winterfell to see Sansa in the last season.
the left guys smile killed me XD
Funny how history repeats itself. kind of the theme for the starks family in some scenes
guards like ok...ok... we'll ask
the guard to the left is the coolest extra ever
Arya is such a badass
what a great feisty character
A foreshadowing of what's to come
my favourite female character in series.only character that had her own chapters in all 5 books. such badass
The most badass character ever
there's so many badass characters in game of thrones. but no one matches arya
Yes for 7 seasons. Not for the 8 season where she became some standard hero who saves them all.
Arya being Arya, she was born to Rumble! The look on his face after she spoke was priceless!…😭😭😭
Arya and her recurring villains - the gate guards XD
Bet those guards tried so hard not to laugh
"Okay you're obviously a Stark, you may pass"
and this is why City Watch betrayed Ned Stark
Peasants apparently weren’t treated much better by authority and nobility than slaves. This illustrates that very well.
Now hold on, Peasents were paid. Kinda. Sorta. Okay, their soldiers were paid unlike slave soldiers.
Best scene of hers in the whole bloody series!!! love this to bits, she is so awesome
The look the guards gave each other. "We just fucked up".
That was the worst shift of their lives, for sure.
Badass
I think Arya is my favorite character, it's between her and Tyrion
...and that was the moment when the Gold Cloaks decided to join the Lannisters - better pay and more respect.
So that's where it come from.
YOU TELL THEM Arya!
I bet they're thinking 'We've got a right one here!'
Stunning and brave
Arya keeping it real
Excellent.
The same thing happened with guards when she returned to Winterfell, Arya has it rough with guards
Damn, they got roasted hard.
arya is truly amazing
My favorite character.
What it feels like when you max out conversation skills in an RPG.
Arya Stark, trash talker of guards.
Trash talker "to" guards
Quite. When they were still writing with sharp edges.
The Goldcloaks as a concept are very cool
I actually like her better now that she's grown a bit and she doesn't have that little-girl voice anymore, because little girl Arya sounded exactly the same as little girl Hermione from the first HP movie. Same accent, similar voice. But season 3 / 4 Arya sounds totally different. And that's a good thing.
"same accent", fuck off.
Same accent my ass. I get what you mean though. Either way, she's always been a badass.
you know, there's nothing wrong with sounding like a "little girl".
UrLittle Spies
unless you're a grown man
Nickl245 lol
I really like the gold cloak armor.
Arya Stark...the faceless woman? Shes was told by the red priestess she will close many eye so one can assume. A man think a girl will do very well in the next season
This video should be renamed Sassy Arya is Sassy
Arya you're so awesome
Somehow, even if one's a Stark and one's a Lannister, I imagine they won't have any problems seeing eye to eye.
