Deivame..... I tried this recipe today. Turned out really well. I did this in one pot meal method (your other version of sambar rice). Instead of regular sambar powder, i added this varuthu aracha powder and kasakasa. Taste was out of the world

Namaskaram amma. Had prepared this for family and neighbours some 3 months ago. Ever since the lock down started am cooking food for workers in our apartment complex. About 40 people, everyday. Am seeing your recipe again this morning at 6am to make Bisibelabath today for them. Please bless me amma. Am making this is a huge quantity for 4kgs rice 3 kgs dhal and plenty of veggies.
