Thank you and look forward to your continued deliveries of mouth watering Vegetarian delicacies and this poor humble Brahmin soul and stomach will ever thank you. I have struggled to find an authentic bisibelabath recipe all these yrs . Every other recipe ended up tasting like a variant of sambhar rice. Tasty but never the iconic original Udipi bisibelabath. Even in restaurants the stuff that passes for bisibelabath is actually just a tastier sambhar rice. And now after yrs of disappointment I have Finally found it . For the first time ever my bisibelabath came out tasting very similar to the one I had tasted many yrs ago in Mysore at a small Udupi hotel. I had give up any hope that I would be able to revisit that taste ever again bcos I have never since had a bisibelabath like that. That was simply mind blowing. Truly a dish fit for kings and testimony to how rich our original cuisine was. Before then I had always considered bisibelabath a bit of hype but my God that changed my opinion.
And now finally this recipe comes closest to delivering that taste. Of course that bisibelabath I had yrs ago was something else altogether. I don’t think I can ever come across that ever again. But this was the next best thing by far. Thanks Chef . Much obliged.

I m big fan of u. Even i don't know cooking before. By seeing ur way of comments in cooking shows, I m interested to start cook. Now I m learning cooking thru UA-cam. Some dish comes good and some came as nasthi... Just wanna to tell, we didn't follow the cooking as per traditional procedure apart from main ingredients. It's the opportunity to us, to learn what to do and what not to do in cooking. We don't have the chance to learn cooking in star hotel or in reputed college. By the way of UA-cam, u need to educate lot of dishes to us. Thank you so much sir....

I just love the way you said CRIME. So true, altering dishes to your taste is fine by adding or deleting ingredients but that can NEVER be called AUTHENTIC. Nowadays i see a lot of people add onion and garlic to literally everything. I saw a video with garlic in Puliyodharai Paste. Keeping the originality of a recipe is very important. I tried this and it tasted JUST like how my grandmother used to do. Keep sharing more good regional dishes.🙏
