    Wow, thanks for this video! I just did a bunch of these exercises and my neck feels great! I do a lot of computer work and I try to roll my head/neck to stay loose (look down, left, right, ear-to-shoulder, etc)... it never seems to get me loose enough or relieve enough pressure. These exercises really got into the muscles in between and around my scapula and now I feel really good!

    Omg yes thank you so much yes. These movements seem to mimic the freestyle stroke, which I speculated with my poor form (low elbow, crossing the mid line) caused my postural imbalances. really tight psoas, internal oblique, lat and ql muscles on one side and on the opposite shoulders lack of ab support and tight pec minor and bicep muscles. I'm really trying to understand the relations between muscle groups and joint movement. your videos help a lot so thank you man

    Wow, tried these exercises because i'm dealing with should impignment (only right shoulder) because of doing animal movement, and after one round I already felt things shifting and opening up.

      It's often possible to recover the strength and range of motion. These ones surely can help but start light and slow

    Hi , great vids. Anything on shoulder therapy exercises like stretches for problems such as rotator cuff trouble, impingement and such like? Thanks.

    Does this also help fix shoulder protraction?

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  8 років тому

      Can help for sure, but what really helps with shoulder problems is developing good overall structure of the shoulders. This happens via balanced training programs and many drills.
