This is just too awesome. I am 61 years young and up until 8 years ago I used to train 3 hours per day, 6 days a week as a martial arts and kickboxing instructor. All of our exercises were some sort of body moment and body weight training. Recently, last year, I've been training exclusively with weights. Maybe it's just my body type, but I've been having some injuries related to lifting heavy weights. Eero is my hero, that rhymes, I am leaning towards his kind of workouts because, for me, it feels right. Besides, I feel more limber and agile, faster and stronger with this type of training. :) Thanks Eero.
Excellent explanation and a well structured video; the timestamps in the description are very handy for quick reference later on. Props man, thank you for sharing this quality content! keep up the good work!
Thank you Nils, mostly the athletes and CrossFit guys focus on work capacity. Everyone else is focusing on powermoves and lifting the most amount of weight. To be a complete athlete you need both
Awesome !!! I must say that the 3rd exercise looks less interesting, but the 2 first looks amazing !!! I'll try it on my next cardio session !!! Thanx for sharing :)
Absolutely inspiring! 💗 your coordination and endurance is just amazing, I will make sure to try this in my next workout, your video was very informative and detailed, you are top coach, thanks for sharing! 💪💪💪
Like these exercises, especially the lizard climber I was not familiar with that one! I was familiar with the pike push up. This looks similar to the Aztec push ups, but different. There is another variation of the Aztec which is the half Aztec. You mentioned it's similar to the "checkna.." it sounded like that from you, I don't know that one. The leaning push ups is actually the bear push up too. Another variation to the lizard climber is the lizard push ups and lizard or dragon jumps too.
Thanks Ken. I actually got a kicking mobility here: ua-cam.com/video/N3uXapzwi9M/v-deo.html . Typically many animal movements like the bear walk and different squats are also great for the hips / legs
Are you sure this safe on joints and tendons ? I guess it's pretty hard on the lower back too. May be modified for special needs. But, thanks for sharing.
This type of training is rarely 100% safe especially with jumping. If you want 100% safe training it needs to be slow or isometric with light resistance (perfect for mobility). Proper mobility training prepares for training like this. I have a free mobility class you may find interesting at adayofmobility.com
The song should be Dubday by Cymatix. It's ok to feel sore in the muscles if your body is not used to this kind of training - rest a lot and return stronger
Maybe I will, but the truth is that improving your posture is the way to increase your height. When you are younger, improving your diet and hormonal balance can also affect your height

Thank you, amazing to hear Tony. Bodyweight exercises are often more "natural" to do and as a result cause less joint pain than weights.
@@Vahvafitness maybe cause we dont lock onto a bar with the arms and hands?

Ich wünsche bleibsdu gezund und fit sehr guuuut 😍🤚👏👏👏👏

Thank you Simon
Thank you for the great video. Is there any conditioning movements for hips? I've been searching for that as warm ups before any martial art kickings.
Thanks Ken. I actually got a kicking mobility here: ua-cam.com/video/N3uXapzwi9M/v-deo.html . Typically many animal movements like the bear walk and different squats are also great for the hips / legs
What about if your shoulder have surgery
Are these good for Rugby players
Do more like this
More coming!
VAHVA Fitness can't wait 🔥
My wrists will kill me if I try this. I struggle to bend my hands upwards. Pressups are also tricky and I have to do them on fists.
What shoes are you wearing?
Merrell barefoot shoes, they are excellent
Muito bom
Thank you Hosana
What would be the recommended sets and reps?
Sets will depends on you but these can be done until the fatigue sets in
VAHVA Fitness Ok, thank you. Nice video btw 👍
VAHVA Fitness Can I Also do plyometrics as an athlete before or prior to work capacity work?
Plz show me how to increase shoulders size
I got one shoulder workout here: www.vahvafitness.com/shoulder-workout-for-strength-size-and-mobility/ , but I may do a new one in the future
Thanks for replying 🙏
Sir, how much time should I do my cardio training and how much time strength training? Can you please explain for me ,
It depends on your goals, but I personally do 1-2 more cardio focused workouts per week and the rest are strength, mobility or movement.
Are you sure this safe on joints and tendons ? I guess it's pretty hard on the lower back too. May be modified for special needs. But, thanks for sharing.

Dait m Kya Lena h sir
Hi Eero, are your training workouts available on dvd?
Hi Trev, only online but both my programs can be downloaded for offline use
How much is work and rest time in these exercises? Is rest 10 sec, 30 or 2 min
For strength endurance, try to minimize the rest. 10-30 seconds is a good range.
Hi there. Can i implement this into tabata workout?
It should work out fine
@@Vahvafitness thanks!
can i use for warm up
Certainly
how many sets for beginners?
I was trying to do it and I feel some pain in my hand, leg and stomach..I don't know if I am doing it in a wrong way or what.
+ what is the music name?
The song should be Dubday by Cymatix. It's ok to feel sore in the muscles if your body is not used to this kind of training - rest a lot and return stronger
Eero you looking handsome with that haircut
I'm weak of my arms and upper body
You must make a video how to increase height
Maybe I will, but the truth is that improving your posture is the way to increase your height. When you are younger, improving your diet and hormonal balance can also affect your height
my legs and arms hurt more than my core lol
💓🙏💪
Why do you keep doing that thing to your right shoulder?
It's just a tick I think. Even a taxi driver has mentioned that to me asking if I am nervous or something!
Let's take a moment to admire his beauty. So hot
Title says 3 exercises :(
He did a fast crawl in place, a sort of move like the thrust of a squat thrust, and a rocking pushup.
Un homme aussi beau mérite de se reproduire en grand nombre pour faire le bonheur de celles et ceux qui aiment les mecs virils et musclés.
Yes handsome
womenazor video?
Excellent!
Thank you Mirna!
Nice
Thanks!
