Nail Mastery by Tatyana uses rubber base for most of her sets. It's like a thin builder gel that level out nails. She has videos on how to apply it. These colors aren't so sheer if they are applied like a builder gel. Meaning apex and structure of the nail.

I love the idea of these, especially the more neutral ones as a base to kind of improve the opacity of more sheer polishes. Or like the rep suggested, to provide a nice even base for negative space looks. I'll have to pick a couple up with my credits next month!

Rubber bases I love them too, under as a regular base for certain clients I know where to e file down to not to file the natural nail and its easier to spot!
Oh it's wonderful to see you again Nat...the two pink one's are nice but that last one is my favourite it reminds me of a purlescence (spelling is wrong sorry) nail polish I used to wear many moon's ago I believe it was a Revlon or maybe Sally Hanson...anyhow thankyou for sharing and take care of you xo 💜💅💜

these are meant to add a slight apex to the nail , many russian techs use rubber bases!
Can you use these in place of regular base coat . Like I don'tike the look of my nail through clear polygel so can I use this in place of the regular base before applying polygel?
Yes use it as a base. Helps adhere your gel polish abs lasts longer.

I'm not sure how a flexible base coat would combine w a normal top coat and be functional. The idea is to bend with the flex of thinner nails isn't it? If the top coat doesn't flex then it stops the base from it's intended use. Am I not understanding correctly?
they’re both soft gels so it wouldn’t affect it check out @ nailmartusa she uses them alot

Lol..I just purchased a few of these MG rubber base. Then this video popped up in my notifications. I purchased bc of my mother, shes very picky with colors, and also " Picky" with chipping her color off. SMH!! Thank goodness I do her nails 💅😅.

I don't think you can do that. Its not a hard gel or polygel. It just adds a bit more strength to gel manicure or can wear alone for added strength.

I'm not a fan of the brown one, but all the others are really nice 👌
It would be nice for a lot of designs and also for darker skin tones, just like how lighter skin-toned people would use the cream colored ones.
