    Hey Jeet I'm little confused. If HIIT reduce the muscles then why sprinters have muscular body than a marathon runner ?
    Or to gain muscles with HIIT we just need more calories?

      Sprinters are always in their caloric surplus not in the deficit...that's why their glycogen levels are not affected by high intensity cardio...and their muscle mass is preserved ..

      Sprinters eat more than 4000 calories per day and swimmer liker Michale philips eats 10000 calories per day

    I have done steady state cardio for an hour I am see body burned fat instead of muscle mass , its the best option if you are doing strength training hard with great intensity for fat loss without loosing your muscles . 👍

    +Jeet selal for posting informative video, I do 4 days weight training and 2 days HIIT should I continue this way or I should covert the HIIT part to steady state cardio ? Goal is to have good body like Captain America :P :P

    Namaste jeet bhai, ajkal india me trekking and mountaineering bohot famous sport hain,but UA-cam me "how to train for climbing" search karne se jo videos aate hain unme jayada kuch aacha nehi hota hain,agar aap is particular segment k liye ek series banayenge to bohot aacha hoga.

    Salam/namastay Sir. Mere aap sai 2 questions hongay and I hope k aap bohot acha jawab dengay ! No 1: k agar 1 insan bodybuilding krrahai or saath hi saath HIT bhi karna chahtahai toh aap usay kitnay din suggest karengay cardio in a week? Or question no 2: agar wohi banda calories ka intake sahi layrahai jo k aap ko 1 muscle building k liye aap ki body maangti hai or wo ab low cardio karrahai jesa k aapnai kaha high intensity nahi low hai per zada wqt ka hai toh kiya wo apni body sai fat reduce karayga including belly fat without muscles? Or if yes toh phir yeh low intensity cardio aap kitna suggest karengay in a week? I hope meine apna question aap tak sahi pohnchaya ho ! Thankyou Sir.

    Hamari 8 hrs. Sitting job hai.. body bhi lean hai but sirf stomach bahar hai?? Calarie bhi avarage ya todi Kamm hee lete hai kafi time se agar.. Jym bhi regular jate hai weight training bhi karte hain.. toh kya karna chaiye stomach area ke fat ko kamm karne ke liye.??
    Kamm calarie lete hai toh muscle loss ho.jata hai, jyada calarie lete hai toh pet bahar aa jata hai... Avrage lete hai toh no. Change...?? What should we do in this situation... Training time morning ka hai...
