Probably dropped because the dog “alerted” to the drivers side door and that was when the “investigation” stopped. Sometimes that “alert” is a forced or mistake alert and if the investigation is not carried out properly it can be deemed as a forced alert to allow for search. Drugs weren’t found in the drivers side door they were found in the trunk. Just a guess but that’s what I saw that made me think immediately they would be dropped.
You have to. These dogs are trained to find something. When they find something, you reward them with play. With the play comes the higher tone of voice so they know they did what they were supposed to do. It’s the paycheck the dog works for. It’s how they’re trained. They associate the odors with prey. They prey being a ball or a towel to tug on. The higher tone of voice is the praise you give them for finding the substance.
@@conenubi701 NOT the police - The judge didn't think they had reason enough to search car - stupid, guys going 90mph, admits to convictions, mentions murder and drugs - of course they are gonna search the car
My car in Monroe, NC. They pulled me over 1/8/23 for registration. I was asked if they could search my car, I declined. They called for a dog, it walked around my car 5 times and sat next the front passenger fender, conveniently in the vicinity of my glove compartment & they began searching my vehicle only to find documents
No they are just tactics they can use that’s up to their discretion, just like “I smell marijuana” you can’t prove what he smells, if he says the dog alerted then he’s good to go
The reason people break driving laws when they have paraphernalia in the car is because they get too comfortable with getting away with it for so long. It becomes the new normal for them and they feel like there’s no way this exact situation could happen to them.

look at the path of no responsibility. He wasn’t prosecuted most likely because he cooperated by giving info about how he got the drugs. He’ll be blaming Ford for the speedometer offering 90mph :)

to be fair he’s already a convicted felon before they pulled him over for the misdemeanor lol so advice should be as a felon don’t commit a misdemeanor bc ur status is enough probable cause to search you, your belongings, vehicle, etc. don’t traffic drugs as a felon lol but shit if it still got dropped for illegal search & seizure that makes no sense bc lack of consent doesn’t matter being a felon is the consent basically
No matter what the dog does, they will always claim that they alerted. They have tricks to make the dog false alert. They will always find a reason to get into the car
He also said he was a minor, so chances are that record is sealed so he doesn't even have to tell the cop anything about it. Just like every other time people need to just keep quiet. It amazes me that people blatantly break traffic law when trafficking drugs. Then why they talk nonstop, tripping over their own story, and don't just shut up cracks me up.
I paid a ticket, but instead of a receipt, I got a letter saying I still owed for an older ticket and my license was suspended until it was paid. I'd bought the car used and the ticket had been issued to its previous owner. Mailed in the appropriate paperwork, and within two weeks got a letter saying that my license had been restored. But during that time, I drove like a saint -- to and from work only during daylight hours. If I'd been driving with $100K in coke and an murder-related charge, I would have driven like a god!!!
I ask myself the samething. I get high sometimes and so I have personal use amounts on me, but I always drive with 2 hands and use cruise control on long stretches of roads, so I don't break any traffic laws. And even though I can eat my drugs, I obey all laws so I can get home and party 🥳
It’s hilarious to you because he is articulating himself very well despite the face that he is guilty. The cops were guilty as well because this was definitely racial profiling. FACTSS!!
Imagine being the perp. You've got officers that are cool as ice interrogating you and then they bring out a dog to search your car and they're all "good girl, where is it? find it girl, goo-girllll" with hearts in their eyes. What a riot
How did the case get dropped? what did the cops do wrong, or that bullet hole was all they needed to onow that was a car for smugglers and could have said its not theirs
@Laron.G cause the cop assumed he was guilty of something based off his record. Also the cop assumed they were guilty from the start asking them those questions based off them having a rental and his past experiences with other people. Only thing he should have done was issue the citation and be on his way
Because they don't understand our normal, to them speeding is normal, driving on white lines is normal, cutting corners is normal, so driving speed limit would make their brains go "i'm behaving abnormal to my usual self". It's all about mindset.
This reminded me of something that happened some years ago: a car was stopped right in front of my house for driving the wrong way by a few cops that just happened to be passing by; it turned out that both occupants of the car where running away from another city where they just murdered someone hours back.
Dogs are the best police partner because they can help in finding the suspect through smell and there fast and they are chill when the arrest is done like “another day another treat from my human partner”
I've been pulled over twice. Once for a busted headlight, another for going straight in a left turn lane on a badly painted road. I nearly had a panic attack both times even though I wasn't in trouble, how do people like him stay so cool in these worse situations?
He was right about the dropping off a rental in a different city costing more. You can get unlimited miles most the time if it’s the same drop off, they don’t care how much “sight seeing” you do 🤣
So true! We went to Vegas from Louisiana. While in Vegas , we rented a car and drove too California,(Los Angeles) the rental was bought by my wife. I didn’t know we had unlimited miles. I panicked all the way there and back for nothing! You have too be dumb to rent a vehicle without unlimited miles. So we had a ton of fun and it just the rental. It didn’t cost $700.00 too rent it.
Does that K9 ever NOT alert? Doubt it. Just like the K9 that alerted on the bus with the Lacrosse team right? Dogs are the Worst probable cause ever. They desperately want to please their handler. Cops can rip your whole car apart because their dog alerts.
When I was a full blown junkie, I only used and never sold and I obeyed literally ever traffic law when coming back from my dealers house. The worst case scenario would have been a small possession charge but I still never did anything stupid when it came to driving. I truly have no idea why people speed with drugs and guns in their car. Absolutely. Positively, 100% actually reeetarded
Not really. Not every suspect acts a fool when they know they’re going to jail. This case was dismissed. Imagine if he was acting crazy, he would’ve had more charges.
Even so, that is not even remotely sufficient cause to probe further. Had the suspect simply provided Drivers’ License and the rental invoice and shut his mouth not answering any question WHATSOEVER, the officer wouldn’t be able to do anything other than issue him a speeding ticket.
@@jayyf3609 yeah but he still owes someone 100K. And I guarantee the person he owes isn’t gonna let it slide or be nice about it. He’s in a serious bind and it may cost him far more than 100k, it may cost him his life
@@nicholiesemento5270 That's the truth though. Fleeing the police a lot of times isn't even a felony and usually comes with very little prison time. But judges will bring down years of additional sentencing on the original charges if you run.

Imagine being the perp. You've got officers that are cool as ice interrogating you and then they bring out a dog to search your car and they're all "good girl, where is it? find it girl, goo-girllll" with hearts in their eyes. What a riot
So glad this guy beat the case. That officer was reaching and had no RAS to pullout that search mutt.
😂😂😂 love 😍🥺😇😂
How did the case get dropped? what did the cops do wrong, or that bullet hole was all they needed to onow that was a car for smugglers and could have said its not theirs
I don’t see how ‘twas dissmised
@Laron.G cause the cop assumed he was guilty of something based off his record. Also the cop assumed they were guilty from the start asking them those questions based off them having a rental and his past experiences with other people. Only thing he should have done was issue the citation and be on his way
This is one of those videos I go to every once in awhile to laugh at because of how nervous and guilty this guy looks
"I don't think the last guy who rented the car left it in there." Truer words have never been spoken
but that's probably the defence that got the case dismissed
I'll never understand people who are breaking the law and then commit stupid traffick infractions. Absolutely insane.
It got dismissed. That might have honestly not have been theirs.
@@maaaahike wait what
@@painfulbunny it got dismissed it said in the video
@@maaaahike It'd be less of a stretch to assume they got let out by snitching on the people above them.
Did the judge decide to let them go too?
😮
@@Alwayscatlike no, at least AFAIK. If I recall correctly the murder weapon was in the car too
Yikes!
@@Alwayscatlike they where both undercover DIA officers.
You know something crazy? If I was somehow in possession of 100k of drugs, I would simply obey the speed limit.
This had me nervous and I wasn’t involved.
Facts I feel like I owe someone 100k
You ain't never lied LOL I'm over here sweating in my bed for this man. He is running his mouth like 90 going north
😂
Same here. I’m like why is this 🥷 talking to them. Just give me my ticket. I’m not discussing shit!
only criminals get nervous watching this
I've been binging so many of these videos and my fave part is always how the handler treats and interacts with their pupper. It's so wholesome 🥺
Same!!
Dogs are the best police partner because they can help in finding the suspect through smell and there fast and they are chill when the arrest is done like “another day another treat from my human partner”
I agree but please don’t call the dogs puppers
@@coltonp9THANK YOU for that
What would you want them to do - treat it violently and whatnot?
Dumb comment to make.
that dog took 3-5 business days to indicate 😂 "where is it, where is it, show me, show me" 🤣
Case got dismissed. The judge is out here trying to keep these cops honest....there is hope.
I've been pulled over twice. Once for a busted headlight, another for going straight in a left turn lane on a badly painted road. I nearly had a panic attack both times even though I wasn't in trouble, how do people like him stay so cool in these worse situations?
It’s definitely not his first rodeo.
Im sure if you put your hand to his chest his heart is pounding
They’re built to this lifestyle
When you’re a part of life and you understand the consequences, it becomes second nature.
He wasn't cool. He couldn't stop talking
It amazes me that these Criminals, don’t obey simple driving laws when they have 100,000$ of drugs on them
Really? It amazes you that Drug Trafficker's break the law?
It amazes me that anyone would have any drug on them - even $5 worth. $100,000 worth = you are definitely dumber than you first appeared.
Only the smart ones do that’s why we don’t see them in these videos
It's a pyramid scheme. The smart ones are at the top, the dummies keep buying in at the bottom.
it was dismissed so who cares LOL
Great job officers...you just made life more difficult for thousands of restaurant workers
And construction workers!
@fat boy resturant and construction workers do blowcaine

Apparently, common sense isn't common for this dude.
How'd it get dismissed? 🤔
He was right about the dropping off a rental in a different city costing more. You can get unlimited miles most the time if it’s the same drop off, they don’t care how much “sight seeing” you do 🤣
*NEVER EVER USE A RENTAL*
Wow. Talk about completely missing the point of the video. Lol. 😳
@@alienlife7754 they thought the driver was weird for something he was totally right on. i think we got the point completely
Absolutely. Positively, 100% actually reeetarded
someone has to be at the tail end of the bell curve
And he was so fucking obvious killing me😂😂😂
Or or they really didn't know it was in the car.
Worse case scenario you lose ur dope lol
Following traffic laws? I’ve heard someone say that, that is “acting white”
The guy did seem a little nervous but he was cooler than I'd be in that situation. Hard to ignore that kind of pressure in a situation like that
I bet he puts the left side button on next time 😂
Yeah I mean the story wasn’t that bogus but if it was me I think I would still check just in case. So it’s good thing they did 😅
Not really. Not every suspect acts a fool when they know they’re going to jail. This case was dismissed. Imagine if he was acting crazy, he would’ve had more charges.
@MrWarrenRB indeed. Keep your cool with cops no matter what charges you face. Otherwise you only stand to make things worse for yourself
He knew the judge was dirty too.
The minute the cop heard rental he knew exactly what's coming on
Even so, that is not even remotely sufficient cause to probe further. Had the suspect simply provided Drivers’ License and the rental invoice and shut his mouth not answering any question WHATSOEVER, the officer wouldn’t be able to do anything other than issue him a speeding ticket.
@kramalerav I'm glad I stopped fighting with the law a long time ago they do as they want & are strongly protected.
He thought if he drove fast, he'd get there quicker. 🤣
The buyer paid for overnight delivery.
Life Lesson: If you’re going to traffic narcotics at least obey the traffic laws. It’s called risk management people.
I know right!!!🤔🤔
well they still got it dropped.
@@jayyf3609 they had to do some serious snitching to get that dropped

It’s crazy how sometimes the people who should run from the cops don’t and the ones who shouldn’t do run
He’s probably thinking ima get 20 years if i stop if i run ill get 30
@@nicholiesemento5270 That's the truth though. Fleeing the police a lot of times isn't even a felony and usually comes with very little prison time. But judges will bring down years of additional sentencing on the original charges if you run.

Officer at the end of the video about that kilo we found I got a guy who works for the sheriff’s office he’s going to be a little curious we’re you were going and if you want to work with us?
The suspect is a snitch without a doubt and this ain’t his first time.
That’s why the charges were dropped.
What probably happened during the time of the arrest the sheriff that the officer said was coming to talk to them about working for us at the end of the video probably allowed them to continue on with the drop off and all the arrests went smoothly from there
