I love it here!! I moved from Fishhawk to Riverview.I wish there was an exclusive social club or a high end shopping center.I absolutely hate driving to Brandon..lol..My house doubled in value in 2 years.The growth here is crazy..Thanks for this.Sent it to family and friends who haven't made it here yet.

I’ve been living in Brandon and Seffner for 13 years. I also do Uber eats for the last four years in this area. If you’re gonna move, Riverview or valrico. Brandon is a city now. Bumper to bumper. Riverview and valrico have traffic too but no where near as bad, And perfect ratio of suburbs and stores. If you want to live in the middle of nowhere, Seffner or Dover

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself.
I love these developments. Many of them in Las Vegas and surrounding and they were awesome all inclusive communities to live in. Thanks for sharing...living in one of these is my dream!!!

i grew up in brandon and lived there for the first 20 years of my life- i then moved out of state almost 6 years ago and came back to visit and WOW it’s crazy how much it’s changed! there is so many new things there and it’s so much more “updated” in a sense.
i’m considering moving back but almost feel like i don’t know the area anymore because of how much it’s changed. what are your thoughts on the westshore area? i know it used to be industrial but i saw that they’re building some new townhomes and condos over there.
anyway, great video for a look into some of the newer communities!
Thanks I appreciate the comments. And yes Tampa has come along way in recent years. So much is different. The Westshore area can be a great area if it fits your budget. It gives easy access to the city, beaches and airport.
It would be nice to see more B-Roll footage of the areas your talking about.

I'm in Elmridge at Oak Creek. Not gated but has a pool, and low HOA. Townhome....but nice. Real close to Channelside, Downtown, and South Tampa.

we just got our house in riverview
Brandon seems like a great 2nd choice for us if Wesley Chapel doesn't work. We searched today online and found five really nice homes instantly! The prices seem to be a little lower as well.
Yes it is a great option. Be careful searching new construction online. Many times the builder will advertise the base price not including structural items, design upgrades or lot premiums. When you are ready let us know and we can do the heavy lifting

Great video and very informative, however, aren't most of mentioned communities here are in the evacuation flood zone?
Personally, I think this is a vital piece of information especially for the out town folks
No they actually aren’t in a flood zone per the flood zone maps. Please google the specific neighborhoods and do the homework! Thanks for commenting!
And that was not a snarky reply… I actually went back and double checked the neighborhoods. They are zoned x which does not require flood insurance

I would love to hear your thoughts on Esplanade at Artisan lakes.
Taylor Morrison makes a great product. The esplanade along with lost 55+ communities are well planned and have a lot going on for the residents including an on site event planner. With that the hoas tend to be high but it does include everything including lawn and landscaping. What specifically did. You want to know?
My husband and I are planning to move to FL. We’re looking at Odessa and Riverview. But I don’t know which one is more safer and has a better school 😅

It grew by that much couse the black neighborhoods were being tore down in Tampa down town area and they were all given financial encentives to move to brandon riverveiw area . I used to live there and this is why i left .
Stay away, they needed to stop building here years ago.
