Work is a big factor. Wesley Chapel was high on our list, but we went with Land O Lakes because the Veterans Toll Road made for a much better commute and we were still within an easy shot of Wesley Chapel's shopping.

Wesley Chapel has turned into an over populated hell with horrible traffic, lack of law enforcement due to unlimited development of crappy high density housing with no growth in county services. The Pasco Sheriff has been begging for funding for staffing hence no deputies to enforce traffic laws.
@@jaymartinez311 i havent had anyone reach out to me with damage. Most of Tampa was fine with very minimal damage. The coastal areas beaches, bay, river is what got a lot of damage from storm surge and rising waters.
Absolutely. In Wesley chapel specifically there are multiple hospital campuses. If you aren’t in the medical field you could travel into Tampa as it’s only 30-35 min away.
La florida es zona de huracanes deberían prohibir los mobile home y la construcciones que hacen de concreto abajo y arriba madera ,pagas una propiedad insegura aparte q la madera con los años se deteriora tenes q darle mantenimiento por termitas mogo etc,ese es el problema de esos lugares la construcción no es de concreto estas sujeto a quedarte sin techo en un huracan o con el paso del tiempo corto la madera se deteriora y se ve una casa vieja ,entonces se ahorran en material tiempo etc,y venden la propiedad con el valor de una de concreto,y si quieren vayan visiten los estados del norte la cantidad de casa construida barrios de madera y estan podridas abandonadas ,no deberian pagar mas de $70.000 por una casa de concreto abajo y madera arriba

That’s a great plan. I have a ton of people that choose land o lakes for that exact reason. Best of both worlds

Reading between the lines: Major traffic, Major HOA and CDD fees?
Some complain about them, some don’t mind and even prefer. Always good to do your own research on it
How far are the schools ?
There are schools all over wesley chapel. Depends on where you live in the area

I have a question. How likely am I to find scorpions inside my new home or an older construction home in Wesley Chapel or New Tampa?
Im not saying that scorpions dont exist in tampa, but i have never seen one and i was born and raised here. So probably not that likely
