301 is getting crazy these days. I’m a little more south of Boyette/301. Panther trace is newer as well as others around this area. I hate it. They have had to put up traffic lights because of how big it’s becoming. It’s sooo annoying living on a bigger property and now hearing all the honking and just everyday drivers that think they are entitled to drive 20+ mph over the speed limit going down balm Riverview rd. My husband grew up in fishhawk and one of our children went to The Learning Experience there. Amazing VPK program and definitely would go out of our way to get our other little one in next year!
Thanks you for sharing, YES the traffic is just terrible over there now. I hope they start to rectify it sooner than later b/c there is SO much growth happening. They need the infrastructure to support it!
What I dislike about Riverview is we don’t have big shopping centers a lot of them are three stores and you have to drive to the next shopping center for the next three or four stores or restaurants I wish they have done bigger shopping centers and a downtown.
@@TampaLivingwithEm What is more stunning is that an elderly JEWISH population in Florida seems to have no problem with the book burning. Are they not paying attention to the increase nationally in anti-Semitism? Are they senile? Have they not seen "Schindler's List"?
YES I like Wimauma, check out my video about that area- "Moving to Tampa bay the hottest neighborhoods! I have a new construction home closing this month. Its still getting developed but it will be a hot area moving forward!
Well ....some prefer east coast water to west coast I know. But personally the west coast to me has calmer water, better sunset views and easier to manage in boats/kayakes etc. The east coast has bigger waves and isn't as easy to navigate in vessels as well as being able to "float" off the beach without getting pommeled by waves. Just personal preferences for people...all depends on what you like :)

River view is ok Hallandale beach Florida is better way more things to and beautiful.
