I feel like they should make a map/city from a colder region, in my opinion it would be a nice change of pace, so far it was mustly just sun, cities and beaches, imagine if the whole map was cold and covered in snow and could effect some of the gameplay aswell
I agree I think that could be really cool, the closest we got was north Yankton but I could imagine rockstar doing something really cool with it. Imagine if we could play in different seasons if we were in a more northern state. Another city(or cities) I think would be a good fit for that would be a combination of detroit and toronto since they are geographically close together
