Taking too much of ANYTHING-TRT, OxyContin, cookies, beer, pizza, pussy-can and will kill you. Also, never take advice from an MD who speaks on a medical subject when they’ve received zero specialized training in hormone replacement.
This video doesn't really say much of anything to be honest... Truth is, the average test levels of men have dropped significantly over the past 40+ years. It's probably due to a number of factors including shifting from more physical and/or outdoor work to being on and starting at a computer screen for work and largely spending more time indoors, but the bigger factor is probably our food. Even if you eat healthy, fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. None of it as as nutrient dense as it used to be. The fertilizers, soil, chemicals and drugs used to grow our food has all been for the purpose of growing MORE food, but much of it contains a fraction of the nutritional value it used to in terms of vitamins and other micronutrients. That's not really a problem that can be solved by personal choices unless you grow your own food.
A lot of people don’t realize the healthiest way to boost your testosterone is by exercising, specifically weight lifting but calisthenics also works, honestly any exercise is better than none at all lol
True but if you are in your 50s and 60s and want quality of life you likely need testosterone treatment and growth hormone otherwise you will fall apart no matter how much you exercise. If however you are young, you DO NOT need it because your body makes enough testosterone

The definition of doctor has become ambiguous. He is a urologist, not an endocrinologist. Much of what he said however was not that far off, he could have worded it much less confusing though. It all starts with getting a blood test and finding out your total testosterone, and your free testosterone. That's the right way vs "throwing" blindly testosterone at the symptoms he described.
Vitamin b is good for nerves it help to prevent ed I got ed from pfizer vaccine I feel burning sensation tingle and when I google these symptom I found nerves damage.
Niacin is a good form of B but hard to find the niacin thats not extended release or none-flush. Nicotinamide riboside, nicotinamide mononucleotide, and NAD have been proven to regenerate nerves and blood vessles.

Threw a lot of things in the blender. She framed the question as what would hapoen if one takes too much. Then he pivoted to TRT in the end. I clicked the vid to find if simply taking boosters is dangerous as the title states, far out.
Messing with your hormones can cause cancer, so yes, it can be dangerous. If you're going to use steroids (TRT is steroids) make sure you do it through an actual doctor not a bro pharmacy. As he said your testosterone levels could already be within the proper range.
Dr igho medication and Experience helped speed up my healing process, i wonder what might have become of me if i hadn't come across your Channel on UA-cam. God bless you Dr igho for helping me cure my Diseases naturally, God bless you
If your working out I the gym and you want to take testosterone boosters, you should take testosterone boosters once you are in your 40's. When you're in your 20's and thirties, you really don't need to take testosterone boosters yet.
1) This physician has low testosterone. Ask anyone on TRT. 2) Testosterone isn't highest in the morning for all men. It depends on a lot of factors, such as sleep cycle. 3) There is not a single study in existance that shows harm by raising testosterone in a group of men. None. Nada. Zero. Find me any study where they raised testosterone levels in a group of men and it caused harm and I'll eat my show live on youtube. 4) It's not a testosterone "boost". You can't boost your testosterone by taking testosterone. It's testosterone replacement therapy. 5) You don't need to have measurably low levels to have symptoms of low testosterone. 6) I know a few thousand men who got on on TRT and feel like a million bucks, and get all the benefits that you claim won't happen. Please continue to enjoy your low testosterone levels. 7) Why would the usage need to be tracked? Does this occur with diabetes patients? No! 8) He claims that only the wrong type of therapy can decrease sperm count. ANY AMOUNT of exogenous testosterone will decrease sperm count! 9) Having low sperm count is dangerous? Who gets hurt? Where are all the dead bodies? What the hell are you talking about? 10) Testosterone LOWERS your risk of heart disease. It doesn't raise or risk or worsen it. Otherwise every teenage boy you know would have heart disease. Heart disease occurs as you age and your testosterone levels start to DROP. 11) Damn good thing this didn't air on the "commercials". Where do you find these "experts"??
Maybe its not "booster" technically i dont care by what term its specified. Facts are mine is extremely low So what can be taken to raise the levels to a safe normal range?
Taking too much testosterone, can cause estrogen levels to increase. This can lead to some serious problems, I thought of trying TRT,but,I kept thinking about what you would take to block estrogen. Unfortunately, I'm way too old now.I heard a supplement called.DIM is a good estrogen blocker, but. I hear it hasn't been proven to actually work. Anyway the thought of my testicles shrinking just wouldn't be worth it. Too much testosterone is thought to enlarge the heart. Look at all the professional wrestlers who were juicers You would be amazed how many died of heart failure!!
Increased T is linked to increased Heart disease. Steroids is bad mkay. There are many supplements that raise T without raising Estrogen. Tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis are an excellent pair. Look them up.
Estrogen has a protective factor on the heart killing ur estrogen completely with blockers is not heart healthy, just as important in men as in women. Nor is it recommended to block e on trt….different story if your on a cycle doin 400mgs test a week
Not exactly. I take 3 shots a month just to get mine around 700 , im 41. at 24 you should still have high. when the morning wood goes away or you go limp its to far gone then
@@chrisc7566 411 is average range. 700 is considered to be really high. Not in the steroids range but still really high. If you're gettings TRT instead of acknowledging the issue causing the lowered T then you're going to end up with more problems when you're older, and you'll need TRT for the rest of your life.
Plus this is a 10 year old. Video. The industry has grown. What we didnt know now we do know. Tylenol can raise your chances for heart conditions. Exercise never helped my lobito like TRT has done for me👍👍👍👍👍👍

There are few risks to testosterone usage other than too high or too low and as T itself is so beneficial. E2 is the one that can be metabolized into a carcinogenic form by the liver.
Well my T is off the charts. I kegel daily and sip garlic, onion water. I eat celery with watermelon regularly.
Her legs, heels got my attention to watch this entire interview 🥳
Yes. She has nice legs.
Lack of sleep, I'd like to make a confession ,Ativan is the best Ed pill ever. I was prescribed it in 90s for panic attacks ,my defensive lineman played peek a boo ,now that's a good pill .🤗💪🥳 Happy new years .
Sounds like your nerves was the issue. Anxiety can cause ED.
I used one a few years ago and got freakin' Brock Lesnar strong in less than 4 months. But it was making me ridiculously irritable.

So .now I'm 35 .I'm doing gym .I feel .like I'm having Low Testosterone..
what do you think. is it OK..if I take Pro Alpha Testosterone 🤔?
It works I’m 64 and I’m in n better health my daughter said that I’m in better health than most of her teenage friends :)
Driving a car is very risky too 😬 🤷🏽♂️
Are test supplements safe
Testosterone vs nitro oxide boosters. Can we use both together or is better to take one over the other?
Eat watermelon cucumber and arugula. Thank me later..
Lots of doc saying the opposite....look at research for low T and heart desease
Winner of a video, I have been researching "medicine to increase testosterone level in male" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fonliver Qeyadelyn Trick - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.

should i take T boosters or just work to reduce body fat%?
Reduce your sugar intake.
Reduce sugar/ carb intake. Seriously, try and replace with lean protein.
Before trying to increase your testosterone levels, PLEASE get a P.S.A. test. Most prostate cancer cells rely on testosterone to grow.
thank for the info.
The average testosterone levels today are half of what they were 50 years ago. Ironic ey?
Why
Threw a lot of things in the blender. She framed the question as what would hapoen if one takes too much. Then he pivoted to TRT in the end. I clicked the vid to find if simply taking boosters is dangerous as the title states, far out.
Messing with your hormones can cause cancer, so yes, it can be dangerous. If you're going to use steroids (TRT is steroids) make sure you do it through an actual doctor not a bro pharmacy. As he said your testosterone levels could already be within the proper range.
why?
You can tell he hits the gym daily.
Dr igho medication and Experience helped speed up my healing process, i wonder what might have become of me if i hadn't come across your Channel on UA-cam. God bless you Dr igho for helping me cure my Diseases naturally, God bless you
Gm can women used alph D?
Been crying after I started a booster
Why
If your working out I the gym and you want to take testosterone boosters, you should take testosterone boosters once you are in your 40's. When you're in your 20's and thirties, you really don't need to take testosterone boosters yet.
TRADUCIR AL ESPAÑOL PORFAVOR !!!!
Injecting testosterone esters or taking test boosters
I'm on trt, it's in the form of a gel I use every morning
what does it do for you?
The process of planned obsolescence should be considered a crime
Facts are mine is extremely low
So what can be taken to raise the levels to a safe normal range?
Live healthy…sleep…eat right…..light weights !!
say so
So 8 years ago, feminist agend is already there.
Clomid and arimidex would fix those problems
Estrogen has a protective factor on the heart killing ur estrogen completely with blockers is not heart healthy, just as important in men as in women. Nor is it recommended to block e on trt….different story if your on a cycle doin 400mgs test a week
Nathaniel Locks
At 24 years my T level is 411. So I'm in the clear as far as normal goes.
Not exactly. I take 3 shots a month just to get mine around 700 , im 41. at 24 you should still have high. when the morning wood goes away or you go limp its to far gone then
Do you feel normal at 411 ng/dL ?
@@chrisc7566 411 is average range. 700 is considered to be really high. Not in the steroids range but still really high. If you're gettings TRT instead of acknowledging the issue causing the lowered T then you're going to end up with more problems when you're older, and you'll need TRT for the rest of your life.
_“Interestingly”_
Plus this is a 10 year old. Video. The industry has grown. What we didnt know now we do know. Tylenol can raise your chances for heart conditions. Exercise never helped my lobito like TRT has done for me👍👍👍👍👍👍
I'd be more likely to follow this doctor's advice about testosterone if I knew for a fact that he slept with the interviewer after the interview, or at least attempted to.
