Water is retained in the muscles. In the form of glycogen, it bonds in a 3-1 ratio with protein to your muscles, so water retention is part of getting bigger muscles
I'm 2 weeks on creatine and I can say I am a believer in creatine. Very noticeable difference in strength and endurance, BUT libido no change. My guess would be (if the tests didn't exclude exercise) that creatine combined with exercise will increase T.
I would say that creatine may help boost T levels in an indirect way. If someone is restricting calories & uses the creatine to give the muscles energy to lift weights, the weight lifting would be what increases the T - just that the individual may not have had the energy stores to work their muscles as hard without the creatine.

Why is all the testing done on younger men? Why not do the testing, of testosterone boosters, on men in their 60's and above? They are the ones who need it most. .
Creatine helps directly via increasing endurance and decreasing rest time between sets, but no connection to testosterone levels. It is another matter that if one loses fat as a consequence of diet/exercise, T levels may rise due to lower sequestration in adipose tissue.
I am 59 and natural tested consistetly at 800-900 ngdl total T. Bench 300lbs and squat 375lbs routinely. I have been high intensity strength training consistently for 26 years. With these very nuanced topics often the problem is that we are asking the wrong question. Creatine definitely improve strength, mass and conditioning because it increase muscle cell volume and promotes higher intensity training capacity. If you are not training at higher intensity its mostly a waste of money. The T incresee is coming from the metabolic effects of high intensity workouts and higher muscle mass which is promoted by creatine. So the effects are indirect and very powerful. no supplement will directly increase testosterone especially in sedentary individuals or endurance athletes who generally have depressed T, HGh immunity etc.

Hi doc, do you get some informations about the african pyrethre ? A study show an impressive result on the level of testosterone but as usual it s for the rats testo level....
Curious if giving to teenagers would be harmful due to the body trying to regulate during puberty and adding suplements might alter the normal process of the body to regulate the endocrine system. I'm speculating based on our bodies desire to reach homeostasis and will often adjust normal physiologic occurances if the body is reaciving outside influence. For instance if there is a rise in a particular level from supplements would the body then reduce it's naturally occuring secretion due to it sensing there is enough already present. Thereby screwing up the body during puberty and missing the setting of the natural clock of the endocrine system. Then when going off the supplement the body is not able to compensate due to puberty being over. I know lots of high school kids get on this and I hope it's not effecting them long term.
It completely killed my appetite . took 2 months to get it back . At close to 60 I thought that it might help keep some muscle . If you aren't hungry it won't help .
If it's helping muscle growth and recovery time, would it not indirectly help testosterone. We all know muscle strength helps testosterone and over exertion in the short term can tax your testosteron levels.

Dr Malik, what do you think about Redox Signaling Molecules?
Could similar benefits be achieved through a high protein diet?
Yes possible but the amount of proteins you would have to eat would be 4-5 pounds of meat and or fish. That's a lot o food a day.
Malik is such a badass name.....like a villain in a Star Wars saga
It does but indirectly.
Will creatine increase my DHT levels
Is Creatine bad for enlarge prostate ?anyone plz
I’ve asked this question everywhere and never get an answer.
Creatine may not affect testosterone but may increase endurance during the act?
What about teens is it safe and dose weight age or hight matter?
Perfectly safe
I find creatine is good for having less skin wrinkles. I noticed i have less wrinkles on face
How old are you
Never heard of creatine boosting testosterone. I don't really see it clearly do anything for me, but take it for lift performance insurance so I can go to my one rep max with more drive time.
Her husband is a lucky man. 🥰🥰🥰🤩😍😍😍😍
All test boosters are a waste of money for any guy that has average to good levels. Higher "T" boost from proper sleep quality and time, active lifestyle, morning sunlight, hydration, nutrition, reduce stress, avoid alcohol, smoking, drugs..... And ensuring (testing) all micro nutrient levels are correct (boron, selenium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iodine,.....).
Creatine decreased my libido everytime I started to taking it. I tried like 4-5 times and everytime I observed this effect. Lots of people had the same problem (Reddit)
Same here. EQ went south!
Hi doc, do you get some informations about the african pyrethre ? A study show an impressive result on the level of testosterone but as usual it s for the rats testo level....
Thanks
Doesn't DHT cause hair loss?😮
Yes
Any way to make 1 litre of testosterone evey day in my body ?
I am taking 5gms from last 6 days before workout and see that I get angry and frustrated very soon. Is it good?
It's not the creatine
Always felt I had some hair loss while taking creatine
It completely killed my appetite . took 2 months to get it back . At close to 60 I thought that it might help keep some muscle . If you aren't hungry it won't help .
Still hoping to learn about pharmaceutical interventions for delayed ejaculation syndrome ❤
No creatine and no little blue pill for this guy! Hot blooded Italian always stand up and ready!
😂
Me and my wife looking for a well hung guy to play with.
If it's helping muscle growth and recovery time, would it not indirectly help testosterone. We all know muscle strength helps testosterone and over exertion in the short term can tax your testosteron levels.
How about hair loss? Is it placebo or for real?
My age is 53. I'm patient of polio. My Free Testosterone level is 6.75 pg/ml, suffering ED but now i have no sex desire.... is there any treatment?
You might wanna go to a TRT OR HRT doctor then see if they can help
I'm vegetarian should I take creatine? I read that it causes prostate growth any truth?
There's very few side effects, digestive is the most common but you can split it through the day and take it with a meal.
D h t for those who don't know what it does is the testosterone form that causes hair loss
Creatine monohydrate 🏁
