The way he plays dumb when the guy refers to "Sports TRT" as being over 200mg doses is hilarious. Joe is clearly taking more than 200mg doses... Joe Rogan is 53 years old.
Was just saying this. He even went to the point of acting like he doesn't understand a typical CC. Like he's totally clueless, but he takes trt. He's not clueless.
In my early 40's I was underweight and miserable. I tried force feeding myself in spite of low appetite, and weight trained, but was catabolic, i.e., I got worse, no results, just miserable. Found out I was suffering from low t (hypogonadism) and low blood pressure. Started on exogenous TRT and within 9 months I went from 148 lbs. to 178 lbs. Here's the kicker...my waist size stayed at 33" the whole time. Strength up, weight up, and overall sense of well-being up. Stressors that used to be debilitating, especially those from my difficult career, rolled off me (and still roll off) like water off a duck's back. I'm in my early 60's now and happily retired. To be honest, I don't know if I would have accomplished what I have without TRT. It, for me, has been a godsend.
Excellent write up. Happy for you. Where does one aquire this element? I'm back in weight training and I have low blood pressure . It's hard to eat a lot after the immense stress I went thru the past 3 years with my landlord business and back to back ultra feminist long term relationships. I'm coming back at 38 about to be 39. Is there a way to see content headlines within the video on spotify or is it just a full raw video? I like to watch parts that i'm interested but i couldn't find such a feature
When I started on trt my levels were rock bottom, I was way overweight and depressed. After 2 years on trt my numbers were great but still weak overweight and depressed. You have to put in the effort it doesn't just magically appear. I was expecting everything to magically improve but you have to push yourself to get started and once you put in the effort then the weight starts to drop and your depression begins to lift and you then want to make the effort. You have to get active and exercise
He mentions depressed people are deprived of testosterone, and that was very true for me. Had to stop beating, I’ve had some moody days but I’ve been chillin with no depression for a while.
@@goofytuber9011 yes, this was right before the pandemic hit. Mine wasnt crazy low but it was low and i had a high level of SHGB and estrogen. What he said about effort and heavy lifting being soothing for the brain is so true for me I just experienced this today and crazy hearing this shortly after
Some of the things he mentioned were things I noted in a research proposal I was writing to get a PhD position at my university. I was arguing that testosterone could be used to treat depression in men (not just hypogonadal men). Good to see someone not spreading hysteria about testosterone.

@Davit M I’m not sure if that question was directed at me but I will respond with Yes weed helps me very much so, it helps to calm my mind and body so that I’m not getting so overwhelmed with everything, it also helps to keep me centered and focused on the task at hand! There’s a big difference between Sativa and Indica so if you want to be “stoned” and very relaxed and euphoric you’ll smoke an Indica, if you’d rather be creative and productive then a Sativa might be better for you, personally I like a nice hybrid so you get the best of both worlds! Weed is not for everyone tho so please don’t over do it because it is a drug and it can fuck with you if you allow your emotions to let it but in my opinion there’s nothing that compares to smoking weed and still being able to preform a task better than if you didn’t smoke haha I honestly believe everyone should try some type of marijuana either smoke it or edibles, etc. But Marijuana and Hemp that I truly believe could change the state of the earth and civilization as we know it!
@Davit M for me personally yes, I can’t say it’s a good thing for everyone. Think of it as any other medicine. It might not be right for you but it could also be something that really helps.

I can feel when I have more testosterone, my voice gets deeper, I have more energy and drive, I’m more attracted to women, and my anxiety goes away. Doing activities which increases T levels naturally, like martial arts and surfing has had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Testosterone is the real deal.

That makes perfect sense to me. People underestimate the importance of those thing. A testosterone level in the upper range compared to too low testosterone as an alone standing factor can make the difference between a life as a champ and a miserable life. So when you know that something will ruin your testosterone levels, you should avoid it if possible.
Did the tongkat Ali and fadogia.... my test was 260 and free was 5. After 2 months had it checked again and I was at 470 and 65. Pretty much did what he said.
I used tongkat ali for 2 weeks a few years ago. I was NOT ready for the effects of it. Made me feel super energised, increased libido ridiculously high, my focus was laser sharp and I couldn't sit down to do nothing - I always felt like I had to be productive. It makes you feel 19 again.
My friend got ill from steroid abuse and then caught something in hospital because his immune system was so fucked and died. Anabolic steroid abuse ain't no joke.
nah......steroid forums are full of guys posting their actual bloodwork results since you can now have your blood work done without a DR prescription at many labs like CompuNet Labs and their test levels while on one of the countless cycles guys go on can be 10,000 and I have seen 20,000 test levels some guys have when they get their blood test done and post the results...which is insanely high. The medical range is 300 on low end to 1,100 at the max end with around 700 to 800 being what a prime average male has so that is best to shoot for if doing actual TRT. These idiots blasting their test levels up like that typically do not follow correct procedure of on vs off cycling and stay on it for extended periods and whine when they are dying from one of a boatload of issues it causes to your organs. Even blasting high on a cycle and coming off and not doing it excessively puts you at pretty high risk of damaging your body in the long run. My point is Joe Rogan actually stated he does 150mg test weekly which a typical testosterone dose is 200mg per ml so he is injecting 0.75ml per week. Keep in mind a ml is the same as a cc.....some people use the terms intermittently and it gets some people confused.
34M 6’3” 250lbs - been struggling with VERY low T for 2-3 years. Symptoms are brutal; zero sex drive, depression, no energy/motivation, couldn’t sleep, foggy brain, etc. Finally got bloodwork done last April and was at 96 ng/dL. Dabbled with TRT via a prescribed 100mg auto-injector 2x/week called Xyosted. Stupid expensive. Finally got in with a proper Endocrinologist, my MRI uncovered a benign and somewhat common pituitary tumor (macro-prolactinoma) which was wildly over producing prolactin, thus tanking my T. Now after 6 months of being on the miracle pill Cabergoline (surgery not required somehow), I’m back up into the 250’s ng/dL, feeling like myself again, boning again, and continuing to head in the right direction! I feel like there’s a lot of other men out there that might be experiencing the soul-crushing low T symptoms but just brushing it off. Start with getting full bloodwork done with your primary. If you don’t have a primary doc, order an at-home test. I got served up an ad for Everlywell on Insta years ago and that’s what got me heading towards better health. Good luck men.
Unfortunately due to testicular cancer I had to have a teste removed.. after a few years my testosterone settled around 300.. I now take 800mg a month, two 400mg shots every two weeks. Works wonders for me !

You wouldn’t have been low on t if you ate being malnourished and underweight in your 40s is kind of crazy
How much percentage does trt shrink the testicle? Im considering using it but on the fence.
@@michaelwang1079 I wasn't worried about shrinking testicles because I already had a vasectomy. That being said, I'd say they're about 2/3 normal size. if you go to a TRT Doctor (which I recommend), tell him/her you're concerned about testicle size.

Stay strong brother. Do not give up.

My friend got ill from steroid abuse and then caught something in hospital because his immune system was so fucked and died. Anabolic steroid abuse ain't no joke.
Fuck yeah! My most favourite scientist on the internets is back on the JRE. My work day tomorrow is gonna be joy!
Joe went from one of the lowest Test males to one of the highest in 1 day. Truly balancing the scales.
nah......steroid forums are full of guys posting their actual bloodwork results since you can now have your blood work done without a DR prescription at many labs like CompuNet Labs and their test levels while on one of the countless cycles guys go on can be 10,000 and I have seen 20,000 test levels some guys have when they get their blood test done and post the results...which is insanely high. The medical range is 300 on low end to 1,100 at the max end with around 700 to 800 being what a prime average male has so that is best to shoot for if doing actual TRT.
These idiots blasting their test levels up like that typically do not follow correct procedure of on vs off cycling and stay on it for extended periods and whine when they
are dying from one of a boatload of issues it causes to your organs.
