It was the best as a kid them 1st steps on the all lit up boardwalk after leaving our hotel and that feel is the same today !!! THOSE WILDWOOD NIGHTS!
This year is our 50th year going to Wildwood love it there, if you have never been you don't know what your missing

I grew up near Wildwood and loved going to the boardwalk there and the beach in Ocean City. I haven’t been back in years and wish I could go visit just one more time. Thank you for making that possible (in a way). This brings back so many memories!

" Watch the Tram car please " never get tired of hearing that. Great video quality. Thought Wildwood pizza was a little high but my son was on Point Pleasant 1 mile board walk. Plain regular pizza was $34 & 36 and $5 a slice.
I remember as a little kid I went to wildwood crest and stayed in the port royal hotel which still exists today and I went with another family as well and I remember hearing watch the tram car please watch the tram car please

I competed for the NJ bodybuilding competition held in The Wildwood Convention Center in 1986. The Atilis gym ran show. Worked out at the Atilis for several summers. I worked as a front door man at the Sundance. What a great time. Thanks Joey for all you do bringing your videos.

I went there almost every year with my family during the seventies, and early eighties, and there were more piers and rides, and Dracula's castle...It looks very quiet compared to those days....

Hey Joey! We love your videos. We are in town this week, over in the Crest. We took a walk on the beach this morning, tons of stuff washed up overnight. Sadly counted a dozen Horseshoe Crabs, only one was alive. Do you know what all the balls of "concrete and stone" are coming from?

Every year in March from the 25th-26th I go to wild wood for special Olympics spring games basketball @ the convention center to compete and we stay at different hotels every year

We are down now and I have to say, we try to follow your picking up 3 pieces of trash rule - however when we got to Wildwood from Wildwood Crest it was more like 300!
Great job Joey... I'm guessing this was shot around 10pm-ish because of a few BW shops that were closed that I know still exist. Speaking of businesses on the BW, it looks very healthy! The only block that looks sparse is between 21st and 20th streets...and the old DQ spot at Sportland pier that has been empty for years.
I go down that way a lot and it's a shame they can't build up that end of the boardwalk.... especially now with no dunk tank... and I feel bad that mini haunted house never worked out

I used to eat breakfast right where u started. There used to be a bug store exible bug store next to this great pizza shop that has awesome breakfasts

Once I first went to Ocean City, MD, I never had a reason to return to Wildwood, NJ. Wildwood, NJ sucks when compared to Ocean City, MD. But the worse beach in my experience that is very filthy and has tons of crime is Atlantic City, NJ. What a dump Atlantic City, NJ!
